I'm the IT manager for a company and our insurance broker recommended them for cyber insurance and they spoke great things about the coalition control external vulnerability scan tool. I'm sad to say it was just a sales pitch. We haven't had to make a claim but the tool lacks basic account management functionality, like the ability to add/remove accounts, and update permissions as needed. Once an account is removed, you can't re-add it, at least what i was told by support. After testing the vulnerability tool results, we found a bunch of false positives for basic DNS checks. For example, the tool is saying our email SPF is not configured. We have two services that show SPF status in real-time and it's properly configured. We even went a step further and disabled the dns entries and those services updated the status accordingly. Not to mention after speaking with support, i was told if i have further question to contact the insurance broker.. How are they going to help with the tool issue? We've had it for about a month and already decided not to renew. I was going to give a lower score but since we haven't had to file a claim, i thought it'd be unfair to review on part of the service we haven't used.

Not sure what value they add. Had a claim that needed processing. They are not a carrier so they referred to the carrier who rejected the claim. Coalition didn't check in and offer to help. I already have my own broker. So what value are they actually adding? I would just go with traditional brokers.
