I've been very happy with CMI. Recently, during a brief visit to Florida, my air conditioner stopped working. Since time was of the essence, I really appreciated the promptness that Marcel attended to my unit. He squeezed me into his schedule and worked with me to find a mutually convenient time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, giving me a great sense of relief. I would definitely recommend CMI and Marcel!

Left a medical office with no AC for three weeks. Sent a proposal for repair, I emailed them the approval, I called and was told there was a part on order, I called again this morning and they could not find my order. They called me back and accused me of not sending the order. I told them to forget it good luck and hung up. Darla then called me back again to give me a hard time and again started to accuse me of not approving the repair. In the middle of her yelling at me she then says she found the order and I need to sign. I told her i did not want her to call me again or have any of her people in my office again. I have used them for three years because my landlord asked us to. I would never recommend. They are slow to respond if at all. They are slow to complete a job. Three guys are messy and leave tools up and down my hallways in a working medical practice. If I could go lower that zero I would.

Run away from this bunch. Use anyone else. I believe that there recent 5 star reviews are fraud.

I had Gary Burns come out to my house the other night to fix my AC. I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing. He checked everything first and walked me through what was going on and what he needed to do. He was very thorough and explained what the problem had been. I am confident that I will no longer have any issues. CMI has been a great company to use and will continue to use them!

I have used CMI for years. They installed a new system for me 4 years ago. Always easy to work with. Recently Gary Burns came to troubleshoot an issue. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing before he did it and found an easy remedy to my issue.
