Even though the store can be very busy I always have a a great experience and a quick checkout. Product is stocked our fully, although a little messy, but understandable this time of year. Definitely recommend shopping here.

I was very dissatisfied trying to return an item today for store credit. I bought an item that costed 34.99 and wanted to return it and get store credit to buy baby items at 34.99 but because I received kohls cash on this they would only give me $15 back in store credit for the item I paid 34.99. I don't understand why they couldn't just give me store credit for what I paid for the item. It would have been like a fair trade.

The customer service lady that helped me was not helpful and super rude. This store has lost my business.

Store is a mess! Unorganized, digital price labels not working. Customer service extremely rude. I left empty handed bc it was a disaster in the store.

I enjoy going to Kohl's, has great selection of clothing. But I left the store in Perrysburg, Ohio very upset, a cashier talked to me like I was scum in front of other customers. I was so embarrassed.

Went in the morning and it was already a disaster. The employees putting clothes back from the dressing rooms didn't put them back neatly or in the right spot. Nothing was folded and there were regular priced items in with the 50% off and clearance. Clearance tags were not updated. The pictures weren't even the worst of it.

We picked up 2 cardigans with different price tags so the "Buy one for listed price and get the other one for half" could not be applied by the system. We told the cashier that we couldn't find another with the same price tag - she was kind enough to give us a 25% discount. :)

Good clothing and kitchen goods selection. Can be a bit pricy. The sales are usually fake. But the Kohl's Cash is really nice!

I was able to find a beautiful comforter for a reasonable price. They have a nice assortment of items some are at department store prices, but they have good sales. The Kohl's cash is a neat little perk also.

Great store, need to make the aisles bigger, they cram all the clothes together so when there's more than one person shopping in the same area it's very hard to maneuver. But I love their stuff!!

On days when it's crowded, people are rude and crabby for no reason. They don't say excuse me and they just run all up in your way. Overall the store is good but the customers just get it together, be nicer to one another so we can all enjoy the shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping here because the mark downs are great but the customer service could be better in the departments. The cashiers seem friendly still. It's the workers in the departments who don't speak to the shoppers.

Not all bad. I always get a kick at the register when they say something like "you saved $105 while shopping at Kohls"! You really aren't as their regular prices are set at more than 40% from anywhere else! Fairly good selection of items.
