I showed up at Clear Hearing at the right time, but on the wrong day! Despite that, desk staff and Dr. Lin Kowitz immediately fit me in to their busy schedule and were able to clear my ears of wax and restore my hearing. I'd been desperate to hear again and am grateful to Dr. Kowitz for her expert care.

I had such a wonderful experience at Clear Hearing and Audiology.
I was literally losing my mind because I discovered that I had tinnitus after a stressful/anxiety filled day and proceeded to not be able to sleep for a while. I was freaking out for about two weeks when Clear Hearing was able to squeeze me in, and I met Dr. Farrah.
Dr. Farrah literally could not have been a better doctor. She listened to me while I literally sobbed over how stressed I had been and took me through the procedures to test my hearing. She answered literally every question I had and also has tinnitus which made me feel so seen. She so genuinely cared about my situation and it was so refreshing.
My hearing test came back as completely normal, but every doctor prior (where none of them tested my hearing) told me my tinnitus was probably hearing loss related. I literally just have genetic tinnitus.
Best audiologist ever. My appointment was on Valentine's Day and she literally saved my Valentine's Day because I could finally relax. I hugged her many times. She is the best.

Dr. Jessica Farrah is the best! I’ve lost hearing in one of my ears and Dr. Farrah has been so kind and patient with all of my questions and helping me figure out some possible solutions, even something as simple as the color of my hearing aid. She is very communicative, knowledgeable, and has made me feel like my needs are being heard and addressed. I’m so grateful for her and that she has made this process so easy when I didn’t know what to expect coming into this. Thank you Dr. Farrah!!

Dr. Farrah conducted a very thorough evaluation of my hearing loss. She competently programmed my hearing aids, and gave me excellent advice regarding care of my ears and hearing aids. Plus, she is just a very nice person!

I have moderate hearing loss, I can not be more pleased with the results of being tested, fitted and followed up with my new hearing aids. while I could have purchased similar devices at the big box store, There is no way the big box can compare in regards to the time, and care giving to make sure they did all the adjustments possible for me to have the best results possible.
Dr. Farrah is simply the best in my opinion. She was referred to me by another patient who spoke highly of her as well.
