Even though my wife had a perfectly acceptable (to them) insurance plan, this clinic would not see her because she also has Medicare Part A, which covers hospitalizations only. I find this policy of denying treatment to be truly reprehensible. I'm amazed they get away with calling themselves doctors.

And Clinic: I hope your smug reply goes beyond "Oh, we're so sorry you had a bad experience, please call our Administrative Offices." Spell out for everyone in considerable detail, right here, what your problem is with Medicare.

Incredible experience. I went in for an occupational screening without knowing what to expect. It's a thorough and time consuming process which turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. Gracie was fantastic. Professional, competent, knowledgable, and very comfortable to be around, like an old friend. She educated me on everything we were doing and also made me laugh harder than I have in a long time. Being thorough, as I said, the process took a couple of hours and I was very appreciative of her to make it fun. I can honestly say, without exaggeration, that I will remember the experience for the rest of my LIFE!

Probably the best experience I've ever had going to see a doctor. Staff was friendly and obviously well skilled. They got everything done quickly but made sure all my needs and concerns were addressed.

Care is good from providers.
But my first time I Waited about 3.5 hrs and the only reason I waited was that was the only option.
I was the second person to get to the clinic. Than people started coming in, my paperwork had been completed within 10 minutes. I was told I'd be the second in line. Everyone else kept going before me, even though it was not an emergent situation. I asked why I wasn't called and they say well established patients have priority. I said yes but you told me I was going to be be the second in line. She told me I could go to a different clinic or go home. I was really annoyed by this. My second time I was the only patient in the clinic and the provider took a long 20-30 mins to come in. Than she stepped out. The total time i spent there was 2 hrs. So if you are willing to wait this is the place. It be nice if clínical staff would go in and day doc is running behind etc.

Has gotten much better. I'll be honest, the customer service was not the best at the front desk the last few times I had been in there. But today there was a gentleman named Dan working the front desk. He made me feel like he was genuinely concerned for my wife and completely changed the atmosphere from anxious to relaxed. Which is hard to do with my wife. Dan also seemed much more engaged and helpful than previous receptionists here. In all sincerity I will probably come back mainly because of the change in employees.

Pretty lousy experience. Wife went in for treatment for what we suspected was bronchitis or pneumonia. Had a chest Xray done.
A day or two later we were told the chest Xray came back abnormal. We asked for a more specific diagnosis and they refused to provide any other information other than "abnormal". Later she had complications with the antibiotic, and was told to make an appointment. We call back to schedule, and we were told they don't take appointments.

I have had my mishaps the past few years and I can tell you that every time I have been here the past two years has been fantastic service/care. I have one incident about 5 years ago where it was not good but since that time Dr. Wei has made sure that our care is not only personal but top notch. I will say to the person who went for psychiatric help that this is not the venue for that type of care. But overall..I prefer Dr. Wei over Island Hospital in Anacortes any day of the year. The front office staff I will say not necessarily the best but nothing that better training will not take care of.

Awesome service from all sides of the team. The front office staff were very friendly, professional, caring, and well informed regarding insurance information. I received care in a timely manner and with compassion. Dr Scott listened to my concerns and treated me with respect and care. The nurses were helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this practice to others. Thank you for being personable, professional, and caring!!! Great job to all those who make healthcare great!!!!
