Wow, billing fiasco! We were literally assured that we would be billed for some dental work in December, leaving our insurance intact for the coming year. They instead billed us in January, depleting our insurance until the following January. Not cool.

Everyone was very kind, friendly, and made you feel very comfortable about being at the dentist. They were very thorough with checking my x-rays and talking me through everything gping on with my teeth. When my teeth were cleaned the hygienist assistant and the dental hygienist were very thorough and considerate of patient comfort. The dentist''s office is not a place a lot of people like to go, but the staff at Brighton dental makes the whole experience more comfortable.

Bright Now Dental is a completely incompetent dentistry. After botching a basic filling back in January, I contacted them to have them re-evaluate the work because it was causing me so much pain.

I was told it was completely fine without even the offer of an x-ray and told that I needed to pay the balance I owed, and the dentist was too busy to look at the work anytime soon.

I finally got them to redo it for free a couple weeks ago - the appt took 2 1/2 hours AND now the filling has come out AGAIN and my mouth STILL HURTS. I am so upset and feel violated that I am literally having my tooth RUINED by professionals I should be able to trust.

Oh and my name is still "Bertonpas" in their system after like 6 times of me pointing it out.

The staff was always helpful, even when I had to cancel last minute. The first appointment I had to do quite a long wait but the rest of them have been smooth. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait while in chair for the dentist but Dr. Tathgur is super sweet and thorough.

This was a great experience. The helpful and understanding staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. The dentist and oral surgeon were friendly and concerned about my comfort. I recommend this dental office without reservation.
