Technician came to clean and inspect chimney. Took photos to build a $5000 estimate due to a cracked chimney liner. Asked for photos to be emailed. A week later, no photos. The excuse? Office girl too busy. Her words. No call, no email, no courtesy to say there will be a delay. Yetthey want 5k for a job with no proof of problem or its extent. Read the owners apology below and note i still did not get pics. The technician called after this post and told me there are no pics b/c they were stored in a cell phone that is now broken. Professional photos that cost 250.00 stored in a cell phone. Smmh

We've used Clean Sweeps of Michigan for ten years. That's obviously a good sign: they are great. They are efficient, helpful -- they know tons more about fireplaces than we do! -- and reliable. They feel like a big company when it comes to logistics (efficient and professional) and a small company when it comes to working with the individuals (friendly and professional).

I called and was given an appointment (at my convenience) the following day. The employee who cleaned and video inspected my chimney was very knowledgeable and professional. I anticipated this being a very messy job and was concerned about ash getting everyone, but this company was VERY, VERY clean and show genuine care about our home. The employee talked me through everything. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Excellent company. Will use again.

These guys are excellent. this is my first google + review and that's how good I think these guys are. So many crooks and unprofessional people installing stoves, etc, but these guys are fantastic. Fair price, hard working, and a desire to do the job right. Cliff and Craig are great. They installed a stove they don't usually carry and worked with me to do a great install on a difficult house. The stove is amazing and overall I had a great experience.

They do good work. I needed repairs and they actually discovered they do the job differently and for less money once they got to it so they adjusted my invoice. This is a good, honest company. I had a bad experience with a different company that told me I would have to pay $11,000 to fix my chimney. Clean sweeps gave me the real price.
