Aspen has done HVAC work in both our current home and the others I've owned; from service calls to the full replacement of an updated furnace and air conditioner and, most recently, the addition of a "mini-split" heating & cooling unit for our sun room we remodeled. The technicians are always knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend Aspen.

Horrible service.. charged me $99.00 for service on a warranty furnace. didn't fix it and wanted to charge me another $198.00 to install the warranty part. be careful calling these guys.

Service guy came to our house for a routine comfort club prepaid inspection of our furnace prior to the winter season. After inspecting our 8 year old furnace he stated that the bearings were shot in the blower, and the furnace would fail before Christmas. He indicated that the actual part was covered under warranty, but the labor was not. I was charged 168.00 for a 5 minute installation job, which was indicated as a minor wiring job on the invoice- DUH??? (198.00 for non comfort club members !!!) which is a totally preposterous labor rate. I'll be switching over to another service for any other future needs!!! Totally ridiculous.

I called to ask how much it would cost to replace a gas shut off valve on my furnace, quote from Gary is $198.00
Cody the tech comes to my house and tells me my shut off valve is illegal.
He takes a picture and calls the office. Gary wasn't available, not really sure who he talked to after. Then he proceeded to tell me the shut off is available but it will now cost me $450.00. For a gas shut off valve!!!!
Needless to say I told him to leave!!!
I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them a big fat ZERO!!!!

Throw away account. Had an furnace quit working just as my wife and newborn were to come home. Had someone come out and tell me we needed a while new furnace. Couldn't afford it at the time so we used space heaters and fireplace to get by until warmer weather. When the time came to work on it a closer investigation found a bad glow plug and not all the problems the tech insisted couldn't be fixed without replacement. This was just one experience so fair warning not to say anything stupid like I did making it out to be an emergency.

They're always on time. I wanted to get it done within a week, and they made sure it happened. I really like how they have a follow-up appointment to check the initial installers work. I would definitely recommend their services.
