  Instead of Clarifying some repairs & costs, they told me to take my business elsewhere. I was polite and respectful. There wasn't any reason for this response, POOR management I guess

  Mac's has replaced my furnace and done some repairs and the guys always seem technically knowledgeable. They do a good job.

  I've used Mac's for many years and know the guys well now. Sometimes I'll even stop in the shop to chit chat with them. They do great work and are great people.

  I appreciated how conscientious and respectful of my house the technicians at Mac's Comfort Specialist were. They made sure to put on the little booties when they came in so they didn't make a mess.
