While cleaning out the chimney Nick pounded so hard on the wall that it broke two plates. In response he said "I didn't know there was anything on that wall." He had to walk by it five times to bring in all his equipment. The bill was higher than I was quoted and he never referenced the plates again. Three days later and I still have not heard a word from Storey Stone. They will not get repeat business from me.

Nate cannot communicate like a normal business person should. First, Nate quoted us a bid price and then the day before coming to the home, raised the quote almost double. Second, after I explained that the bid should be redone since it changed and he would need less material, he HUNG up on me. Really, a business that actually HANGS up on you on the phone? WOW I will never do business with this company. Rude, doesn't care about the relationship, bait and switch pricinglook out for this company!!
