Great hotel! Always a great stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Good breakfast.thats about it. Rooms are decent. Housekeeping was horrendous.of the four nights stayed, one day no hee towels and none available at the front desk .another day she skipped over one of our rooms completely.(had three rooms for our crew). No microwave and fridges. Front desk wasn't apologetic at all. Would not stay again.
Great stay. VERY nice staff. Clean rooms. Reasonably priced. Great location. I would definitely stay here again! I even needed a fridge and they let me put my salad in their personal fridge. I call that above and beyond!
Staff was nice & helpfulbreakfast was pretty good..room was way too hot when we opened the door temp was 76!
Con: reservation desk screwed up my request for a room with microwave & refrig. When I made the reservation I was assured that yes the room came with both. Got there & assigned room had neitherMan at desk tried to find at least a mini refrigno luck.best he could offer was for us to use the microwave in the breakfast area that night & they could put our cooler items in the hotel refrig with our room # for us. Disappointing!!!!!
We needed a room last minute on a long trip and found this Clarion. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was surprised that they had a warm breakfast in the morning as well.
Room was clean and nicely updated, great breakfast, I will say the walls were thin and a few times in the middle of the night I heard people walking by door talking. Overall very pleased was a one night stand on a road trip.
Breakfast was well stocked every morning through the posted end time. Everything about the room was fine/comfortable/working.
The service was great and the hosts were very nice. My visit there was very experimental. Never I have been to a hotel with such great service. If you are ever in the Beechwood area and need a hotel , try the Indigo. You will love it.
You need of the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel. Comfy beds. Clean though needs updating. All the staff that I met were very nice.
Over priced; not enough food in Hyde Park restaurant & they ran out of entrees
HOUSE KEEPING RUMMAGE THROUGH YOUR LUGGAGE AND STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS!!!! ROOM WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED, BUT ITEMS FROM MY LUGGAGE WAS MISSING.
We left our room at 9am and did not return until 11:00pm. Upon entering the room we immediately noticed the empty plates from breakfast still in the room and one of the beds not properly made. The covers were pulled up, but not properly tucked like the other bed, which was made to look the same as the first night.
We complained to the front desk and the guy did not offer an apology he just said that he will take them. We took the dishes to the front desk. . As we proceeded to get comfortable for the evening I was taking off jewelry, and noticed the jewelry box and bag I had in my suitcase was missing!!
I immediately went to the front desk. The guy He offered an apology and said, there was nothing they could do, then said he would report to his manger for investigation. When asked for name and number of person he was making the report to, he provided me with a business card and said but she wont be in until Monday.
The mattress is alright but the pillows felt like uncomfortable. The breakfast was full but everything was cold and didn't taste right. Our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for more clean towels. Parking can be horrible at times because the small parking lot is shared by a very expensive restaurant. But if you love Wendy's then that's good. 22 within 11 miles
What a fantastic hotel. From the expansive room to the superb service and the consistently friendly and helpful staff, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. And if you're visiting the Orchestra or the Art Museum, there's hardly a more convenient location. I feel I got great value here, and look forward to a return visit.
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. No in room fridge or microwave oven. No USB ports!! Excellent location for east side of Cleveland. Great food/shopping establshments close by. Enter off Park East, behind the gas station. Navigation led me wrong and circling back cost me several tired miles.
