Honest people! Took my tire to Walmart first and before taking it off the car told me it was in the sidewall and they could not repair it. I would have to buy a new tire. Took it to city tire and the screw head not punctured my tire it was only stuck in the tread . He put some air in my tire and did not charge me anything

Not polite, not friendly and not quick about anything. They don't seem to care about customer service and if you're in a hurry, don't tell them or they'll take longer

I found a great deal on a new dealer only part. I asked them before I bought it if they would put it on. I was told "We will put on any part for $75 an hour." I shelled out for the part, took them the car and they didn't want to put it on.

I was very unhappy that no one from the service desk bothered to called me, they had the mechanic do it. No suggestions offered. It just wasn't City Tires problem.
