Had a wonderful opportunity for a business in Talladega. Went to this bank and had enough paperwork and everything they needed for a loan, but seemed like they did not want to give me the time of day. The loan manager was nice but he even said they should have approved it. I had a better opportunity come my way anyway and on top of it all. I still was able to get my business. God provided my loan.

My brother has a small loan on a rental house (60% loan to value ratio) and is CURRENT on his payments. Well he died suddenly last Friday. We buried him on Sunday. This morning (Tuesday) we get a call that the bank is moving to foreclose on the loan since "he's not able to pay." No discussion about what the family will be willing to do. I think the reason is the 40% equity in the home. What do you think? Please tell ALL of your family and friends to NEVER use this bank.
