I worked for this company for over 2 years and I was fired for something that happened on my day off. Although I do like some of the people such as Al,Jermaine, Nick, Big Randy, Robert and Paul,there are some two faced double standard people that work there,such as Lorena Phillips,by the way people if you call in about shipments or to make payments this is the rude ass woman you all talk to,and Tommy Sanders will suck you in with his personality but lies about mileage on parts,and the owners Lee and Holly McClean I thought they was good people but when all was said and done they were your typical people that's got more money than you so they look down on you and didn't even have the courtesy to fire me face to face I was told that I was being moved from front counter sales to tearing down cars again and I was fine with that but when I got home I received a phone call from Lee and was fired over the phone,to me completely gutless and cowardly,so if you buy parts and trust me I know be sure to make sure you have a truthful answer on the mileage and so forth,me personally I would use LKQ or S&W

I deal with Luxury everyday at the dealership I work for in Lawrenceville, Ga. My sales rep Is Tom Sanders he goes above and beyond to get us correct, low mileage parts. If there is a warranty issue he handles it with no issues. Tom even delivered a part to us on a Saturday on his personal time because we were in a pinch. I would recommend Luxury to anyone .

This place is a great place to deal with. If they don't have the parts you are looking for they will find them. No matter how big or small of a job you are up against they will go out of there way to make sure that you are completely 100% took care of. I can not talk highly enough for this company. They will have my business and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. This is one company that I can say that I don't feel like I will be ripped off if I have to have any work done or if I need any parts. I will go back there. Thanks luxury for being the company you are. Honest and very trust worthy. Thanks again.
