I was honestly sketched out during the entire process. The place is half painted and the color selection isn’t that great. Wasn’t very clean either. The guy that did my nails was was a bit cold but I wouldn’t say he was unfriendly. He also had a bruise or scab or something on his hand that REALLY FREAKED ME OUT. (It’s been a week and I have no fungus here r infection thank the lort). However he did take his time and did exactly what I wanted. Spent $30 for a regular full set.

Only one star because it would not let me give a review otherwise. 1stthe guy DID NOT wear gloves while giving me my pedicure. 2nd Did not talk to me the whole time. 3rd after 30 mins under the drying lights I still have smudges on both big toes. NOT HAPPY!! Don't recommend. The lady next to me was left bleeding after her pedicure.

So my girlfriend just visited this nail salon today. Not only did they not give her a look she was happy with, they proceeded to be rude and talk about her in front of the other customers that were present. If I could give them less than a star I would. She then had to proceed to go to another salon, "Nails by David" to have their shotty work fixed. When asked to reverse the charges, all the owner, Vin, would do is point to his sign which said no refunds. So, if you like poor workmanship, rude employees and poor customer service, VT Nails is the place for you.

Worst gel manicure I've ever had, on top of that, horrible customer service. The lady doing my nails was speaking very loud the entire time like she was angry about something. Soaked my nails for 1 min & didn't remove cuticles properly. When she started polishing my nails she did it so quick. When she was done with the 1st hand I asked if I can change the color (nicely). She said I need to pay attention to what color I want in a very rude tone. I told her she never let my hand go for me to see. She said no it's because I was on the phone so I needed to pay attention. She got up complaining about my hands not being relaxed. A man sits to start polishing and tells me she couldn't finish cause my hands were tense. Really?! He polished very sloppy. I have gel on my cuticles. Thank God I'm only in the area on business. Don't come here if you want a relaxing manicure.
