I place my to-go order over the phone as soon as the place opened and the gentleman who took my order was very nice and very professional and related my order back to me and made sure that I knew everything was correct. He let me know that the wait time would be 45 minutes to an hour which is fine. Unfortunately an hour goes by and my food is still not here. I called the place to see the status of my food, mind you the restaurant is only 1.4 miles away from my house, and the response that I get from the female who answered the phone is do you want your food or not? Not I'm sorry I apologize for your waitnothing. All she gave me was an excuse like sometimes we get busy and it's usually like an hour to fifteen minutes and I let her know that the gentleman told me 45 minutes to an hour. Mind you I am a pregnant woman starving at home and I'm ready to eat and all she can say is I'll be there in 10 to 15 minutes do you want your food or not?! I will never order from this place ever again just because of her lack of customer service.

Terrible customer service! Just found it's under new management! I can tell! The old owners were nice. The young lady today had an attitude I will never eat here again! ZERO STARS! FOOD PROBABLY IS AS BAD AS THERE WELCOMING PARTY! SUCKS

I preface this to say, I'm not a very picky eater, but still could not eat any of what I ordered. I ordered fried rice and an order of wontons. Inside of the wontons was very tough and I couldn't resemble what was inside. The outside which is supposed to be crispy was incredibly thick and doughy. Fried Rice was not good enough for me to continue eating either. Waste of money. I'm not usually this harsh, but City Garden needs to step up their game!

Quiet, clean, food is cooked well, vegetables are fresh. They give you a great portion. Great customer service. Wish they delivered in my neighborhood.

DISCLAIMER: I EAT HERE SEMI-FREQUENTLY, AND IM NOT A HYPOCRITE I'll explain:
I'm not from here. I'm accustomed to a wide variety of "ethnic" foods to either be carried out, delivered or enjoyed en scène. I'd be a straight up liar if I said i didn't take it for granted, because I really, really did. City Garden helped me very specifically and efficiently to realize this fact and I'm finally grateful, even if it took me a few years to realize the food is VERY Americanized, it is a sodium nightmare, food I'd been eating my whole life is conspicuously absent from the menu it's so surreal to argue "spring" vs "egg", rolls of course, and to find out they're (staff) unfamiliar with the difference. No crispy rice, no tofu, bland soupbut enough! Because the Moo Shu Pork is DELICIOUS, for real, and they never wilt vegetables and if a [my] American roommate wants double beef, he gets it to the max. Fast delivery, friendly staff, and they seem to enjoy food service - almost important as the food being served.response / report this review -

Yessss!!! This food was the BEST Chinese I have had in Atlanta!! My food was hot when it came and prepared so nicely. Great timing on delivery and great customer service over the phone. Very nice portions of rice and the wings were a great size! Thank you so much for this experience and I will recommend to ANYONE! I will most definitely order again!

Got there in pain and receptionist gave me key. I went around building to find room he told me one floor up I went to other side and called office. I told him I need air and 2 beds as in my reservation. I had to go back to office and get new key for other room. 1 1/2 hrs back and firth with room. Sweating and back busting. Stressful. Hope rest of the time here is better

I ordered three dinner combo plates it was the worst chinese food I've ever had everything from the rice to the egg roll was under cooked. There wings was straight trash I almost threw my food away and bought McDonald's and I hate McDonald's. The best thing was the won ton soup without the won ton this was the worst $23 I've ever spent

Stay in Best Western close by multiple times over last few years, have gone in ordered To Go, food comes out quick, portions are Big, foods always been good, recently I ordered Orange Beef, It Was the Best Orange Beef I've Ever Had & I Will be going back for More Soon!

Food is pretty good here. Deliveries are fairly fast. Staff are a little curt on the phone sometimes but that is forgivable since they stay so busy. Lo mein is wonderful, as are the crab rangoon.

Really good food and a great atmosphere. The staff was very polite and respectful. This is a place that you can enjoy by yourself or with the family.
