Probably the cleanest and well thought out arena set up. Not too big or too small, great for the Reign hockey games. Pretty inexpensive on the food options too surprisingly. Every seat high or low is great viewing.

Great small stadium. The bathrooms could be a bit bigger but they are nevertheless clean and well stocked. The place is intimate compared to the mega stadiums. Small enough where there really isn't a bad seat in the house and big enough to still give you that feeling of attending a major stadium.

All the events that happen there are always a fun experience to me. I do not go there often enough to say it is one of my favorite places, but I like that they have enough parking lot. Certainly, their food can be a little pricy and the line for the restroom huge, but compare to others places I think they are hygienic and keep new events coming all the time, from concerts to inside soccer games, you never know what new experience you will get.

Great venue. Lots of places to eat within minutes. Only holding 11,000 there is no bad seats in the house. Easy in and easy out. Like with any event get there early and even easier getting in.

Entering the parking area was very slow as there had been an earlier concert. The traffic from the first concert should have been directed away from those arriving for the second concert. The first concert needed to begin much earlier to avoid the traffic congestion.
It took much too long to enter the arena, as there were not enough clerks to validate the tickets. Also, entrance into the arena was not allowed until 45 minutes before the concert was to begin.
Security was much too slow due to their procedures and more security areas needed to be posted.
The concert was fantastic and the venue is still a great place to see and enjoy any concert. Thank you .

Amazing place for big events but their venues are outrageously expensive. If they have events they should make it easy for the average joe to purchase and enjoy a beer and a snack. Enjoy your events.

Great place to see a hockey game (all the seats are close), plus concerts are fun here. It's awesome for me because it is only a few minutes from my house.

We attended the Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses and had a fantastic time because of the spiritual program and very comfortable arena facilities. Citizens Business Bank Arena is a beautiful place.
Looking forward to coming back for more spiritual encouragement.

IT IS A GOOD PLACE FOR THR EVENTS THAT THEY HAVE. KEEPS OUR COMMUNITY ENTERTAINED WITH SPORTS EVENTS, MUSIC CONCERTS AND A VARIETY OF SHOWS. GREAT LOCATION AND THE RESTAURANTS HAVE GOOD FOOD.

Great small arena. Great sight lines, seats in the upper level feels cramped but elevation is huge from one row to another. All food and bathrooms are on the same level. The only issue is getting into the parking lot. Big back up on the street and we were 60 minutes early. Need to add another bar or add extra bartenders to cut wait time down

This venue was perfect for Disney on Ice! It was easy to find, large parking lot with multiple exits (very important when a zillion cars are leaving at the same time). Once inside, all of the sections were easy to find. We were in section 109 row C and they were great seats in the center since we were able to see the entire stage. My only gripe is that the women's restroom was all the way off to the side and difficult to find. Other than that, great overall experience!
