Eric at Chrisenberry Body Shop was extremely easy to work with and delivered our Audi Q5 back to us in perfect shape. My wife and I highly recommend these guys to work on anything.
After a minor accident combined with brutal treatment from the flat bed towing service, our Audi Q5 had over $20K worth of damages. Eric worked with our Insurance company (Geico) with our best interest in mind at all times to ensure our Audi was restored to near perfect condition. His extensive experience gave him the knowledge to use only factory parts to get the job done.
The communication with the Chrisenberry team was also very good. They would give us updates on a regular basis. Eric would always call when he found something new that impacted the schedule. This was very comforting, because I knew he was being honest and wanted to completed the job right, even if it took extra time.response / report this review -

We have used them in two different occasions and they are always top notch in everything they do. Customer service is outstanding!! We walked in one day when it was hot and they immediately got us refreshments. They could teach a class on customer service!!

Chrisenberry Paint and Body repaired my 2008 Lexus. You can't tell that it has been wrecked. It looks amazing. The customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Chrisenberry for doing such a great job.
