I'm very thankful that I found PTL. I've been bringing my family's vehicles here for several years now. Tim (the owner) is honest and stands behind his employee's work. I drive 20 miles to his shop, passing many auto mechanics on the way, because I haven't found another auto shop that I trust.

Excellent service. Very professional. Reasonable
I had them run diagnostics on the car but I already knew the problem. They did not try to sell me on anything that wasn't wrong with the car. They confirmed what I already knew.
I can't say the same for Edwards Chevrolet. Edwards mechanics did an112 inspection and missed wiper blades which makes me think do they really do the work that your cat needs or are they making up things. They told me I need new brakes that was two years ago and I just had the rear brakes replaced. Front brakes still good. I always check before I take it to a mechanic just to see what cost they will add.
PTL is a great shop. Worth the money.response / report this review -

Have been using PTL for 30+ years. Dependable and reliable. Always knowledgeable and courteous. We wouldn't trust anyone but Tim and his PTL crew with our vehicles.

PTL is by far the best! My family & I (mom, dad, grandma, siblings) have been going to PTL for about 20 years, & I highly recommend the professional expertise & excellent customer service offered by the owner Tim & his awesome crew! Even though I moved to Huntsville, I still make appointments at PTL & happily make the drive to B'ham; I even drive down every few months for an oil change--this is how great PTL is! Honest, knowledgeable, safety & craftsmanship focused, good pricing, & best of all, Tim & his crew make you feel like one of the family. A+++ Highly recommended!

The best auto repair facility I've ever worked with. They have worked on all of our cars, my mom's car, my in-laws' cars, and my uncle's cars. We trust no one else with our vehicles. One thing that impresses me is that their mechanics stay with them for a long time, which means that they are treated with respect and dignity. Several of the guys have worked on our cars and they remember them-and they remember what they did to them in the past. It's hard to find that these days.
