I’ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for a long time. Having dealt with dealerships who try and charge you an arm and a leg for problems that done need immediate fixing. It’s nice to know that the people over at Chip’s Service Center have the drivers back and actually care about their customers and not just their bank account.

Becki and Jason and the folks at Portland Service Center offers efficient and knowledgeable service with detailed estimates. I had a clutch emergency that they took care of quickly and reasonably and with no surprises in the cost l. They are local business owners who take good care of customers.

I highly recommend Portland Service Center (Chip's) for all of your auto service needs. The entire team is excellent - Becki, Dave, Andy and Cody are always friendly, honest and do an amazing job with your vehicle. The pricing is fair and I trust them which is priceless. I would not bring my vehicle anywhere else!

I've been bringing my Subarus to Portland Service Center (aka Chip's) for many, many years now, and have always received prompt, friendly, and very reasonably priced service on my cars. I also like that they give me a heads-up on what is probably coming down the road repair-wise. I recommend them without hesitation, and credit them with keeping my last Subaru running well until it reached the age of 20!

Portland Service Center has truly exceptional service! I have an older Subaru, so I always expect that I will have to replace my engine or some other really expensive repair. The folks at PSS never take advantage of my ignorance (I know NOTHING about cars). It’s really great to know that they are concerned about my safety and getting back on the road rather than my pocket book. I refer everyone I know to these guys!! Highly recommended :-)
