I had a 200 year home that was in bad condition. I couldn't afford the repairs. Ashley worked her butt off to find a buyer. It took alot of stress off me. They really care.
In a nutshell, Ashley was great. I get calls/texts/emails from people in your business trying to buy my properties nearly every day. If I take the call and give a price, almost all respond with, "is that price negotiable?" That is the last thing a potential seller wants to hear, and the conversation is over. Ashley said, OK, could I come and take a look at the property? Then, after looking, she said she would get back to me with an offer, and try to be as close to what I wanted as possible. That is a much better way to handle it. One other investor made an offer a few months ago, but wouldn't negotiate at all, just kept calling and texting me every couple of weeks. Two or three others didn't show up for the initial meeting at the property, and one never came through with an offer, but just kept promising to. So, after about six actual attempts at a transaction, and countless calls/texts/emails, Ashley was the only one that was able to work it out.
On the appointment day, she was right on time and polite. During the process she was patient and looked for a way to solve issues.
Ashley was very professional and answered all of our questions allowing the closing process to be very stress-free. Would definitely work with Ashley and Fair Indy Offer again
This was my first time selling a home, and I must admit that this was a great first. Everyone I dealt with were no less than professional and kept me informed every step of the way. The offer was fair and consistent and the closing was efficient and painless. I'm going through a trying time right now, and they empathized with me through it all. I would definitely recommend Fair Indy offer to anyone looking to sell!
