Have always loved this place. Love the culture and getting to talk with the staff at the drive through window. They're very pleasant and genuinely appreciative of your choosing their place of business.

Terrible place to eat! I ordered food to go. The tall skinny guy was rude. He never smiles. Shorter guy from the back came out and was really friendly. It took 30 minutes to get my order. I got back to work and part of my food was missing. Not good experience at all!!!

Always love going here. China Palace is my extended family's go to place for dining together. The food is great and Their staff is the best.

Good food & quick take out service. Just drive up to the window & get your order.
If you eat gluten free, it can be difficult to communicate your dietary needs. They do try to understand & get it right. The fried SPRING ROLLS have been safe; they make them out if rice wrappers/paper instead of the wonton wrappers used for their egg rolls.
I love Chinese foods if all varieties. I would sat this us a go to place for it when in Ottawa.response / report this review -

This place is great!! Fresh food always on the buffet. One of my favorite places in Franklin county. Jalapeno chicken is my favorite.

Had hair in food, called for them to just replace it, "Cause I hadn't eaten anything all day" they wanted the hair at first, but settled for just taking the food back, and wanted only to give money back. Must show lack of much in this facility I won't be eating Chinese in ottawa ever again. If I could I'd give it only half a star. PS crabragoon was from the buffet on my delivery order. Took food back and did receive my money back. STILL blah

I've been to many Chinese places in my life time. For Ottawa, KS, I give 5 stars to this place. Its normal American Chinese food. Great service. Always friendly! Clean. Great selection. Support your local places or we wont have any!

The absolute WORST Chinese food I have ever had! Some food was uncooked which can pose as a health hazard. Employee was arguing and blatantly stating that the food is not undercooked, when is really was. Stated directly "don't worry about it" and just took my plate and walked off. Came back to my table shortly after and stated "I know you won't believe me, but that food was not undercooked." Horrible service and horrible food!

The people are great and the food is even better. Try the Peanut Butter chicken. It is SO GOOD. Trust me! So good!
