Paul and Darlein will walk the line to assist you. I rented a cargo van twice and they were clear in what my charges were. I was going to rent with a competitor until I found out there was a robbery on site. There is a manager on-site 24/7. Though it was hard to find them on-line, I did more research. Location is close to the airport, video security, 24/7 on-site management, collaboration with local police department and fire department. I've rented storage units before, and I am impressed with the service.

I have had nothing but trouble with this place. It first started when I got the unit, I was told it would be a certain price and then when our first bill came it wasn't the price we agreed upon. I call and tell them and they say they are sorry that I was told wrong. NOW I have left the place in March and I paid my final bill in April. Well guess who charged me This month??? (June 2nd) They say that I gave my 30 day notice in MAY 02!! Which is false because I couldn't possibly be there since I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE!! So now I am jumping through hoops because these people don't do a damn thing when it comes to refunds and the female manager there says she is doing her best when she really isn't. Dont do business with these people they will lie to you and take your money without you authorizing it.
