One of the Best Pubs in Downtown Santa Ana! No matter what time of the day, Chapter One has excellent service and an inviting atmosphere. J.J. and his staff make sure you’re comfortable and happy!

Wine Wednesday! Every Wednesday at Chapter One half off bottles. Great food! Best place in downtown Santa Ana! Nice cozy place with a fire place. great lighting but even better drinks

This place is amazing. The owner, JJ, is so friendly and personable. The menu is perfectly crafted using locally sourced ingredients. The vibe is trendy and chic, without being pretentious. They also host a lot of charity events in their back room.

The shining star, however, is the bar. It features carefully crafted cocktails, utilizing fresh juices and high quality spirits.

If you're in the downtown Santa Ana area, Chapter One is definitely work checking out.

The Artichoke Spaghetti is absolutely delicious. The presentation was also quite visually appealing. Service was very good. My only negative is the music was too loud for dinner conversation, but the music was good, so I still give our visit 5 ☆'s. :)

The best white chocolate suffle I have ever had. Takes a while so order it right at the beginning of your restaurant experience. I enjoy the small batch liquor selection, library vibe, and great chef creations for the foodie in me. This is my local spot that I frequent often.

I was not sure what to expect of a steak house attached to a shopping mall, even a world class mall like South Coast Plaza. But I was pleasantly surprised -- at the sophistication of the food and the service. Most of the people in my party of eight had steaks of one type or another. Everyone was really pleased. The side dishes were also fabulous -- especially the baked macaroni -- possibly the best I have enjoyed in any restaurant anywhere.

A highly recommended local and a favorite of my partner and I. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Awesome selection of local brews to boot. Am still working my way through the menu.

Delicious cocktails and appetizers! Loved the atmosphere and the literary theme. Very friendly people. I had a great time with my friends here. The dress code is a bit nitpicky, but I don't mind dressing up a bit. It's worth it for the jalepeno poppers!

The food was delicious, though some items are pretty small (others are hugethe French toast for instance). Service was OK, friendly but kinda slow. I would go back.

This is the spot to go for ceviche and a nice drink! The Colombian Korean infusion foods are a perfect pair! Portions are great as well

Was here late last night. Had a good dj playing and went outside to cool off on their balcony. One of the bouncers said to a person next to me that they were in the Mexican mafia and would shoot them with the gun in there back pocket. This ended up being definitely the biggest memory of the night for me and a few others. No way would I ever come back here. Apparently they don't care who they hire as security.
