I hate to give bad reviews, but this place served up one of the worst Old Fashioneds I have ever had. If you are serving up an Old Fashioned for $16 it better be perfect and this was on par with a well drink at a dive bar. Only giving 2 stars because the view was great just a shame they don't have quality drinks to match.

Beautiful rotating restaurant with 360 degree views of LA. Food and drink prices are quite high so you are definitely paying for views, but great for a romantic evening or for when you have out-of-town visitors.

Love the night view at this place They used to give out their mugs and now they don't. :( Still, delicious cocktails and decent service. Easy parking across the street in the parking structure.

The bar rotates, and I'm sure that the view is great during sunset, however it doesnt beat the top od the world restaurant in vegas.

Drink prices: comparable to prices on the las vegas strip. They did a good job with the sidecar i ordered. Not a big fan of the agua fresca that my gf ordered.

We happened to walk in on a tuesday night, which is latin music night. Pretty cool to have live music.

Girlfriend ordered the chocolate mousse bar. Not bad, not good, priced decently.

Overall, the rotating bar is probably the only thing bringing people here. Needs an overhaul for the dated interior.

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance and specified we were celebrating our 5-year anniversary. Worst wait service we have ever experienced at a restaurant like this. After the waiter took our order we did not see him again until the check arrived. The busboy handled the majority of our service requests after having to flag him down. The majority of the food was barely edible and tasted like something you would buy at the frozen section of Walmart that’s expired. When the waiter finally came to present the check, he asked how the food was and I told him it was not edible. Instead of acknowledging my comment he turned and walked away, leaving the check on the table. At no point through our entire dining experience did anyone acknowledge or congratulate us on celebrating our special occasion. We also did not receive souvenir glasses which we were looking forward to receiving.

Multiple calls and voicemails were left for the General Manager Duke Newtran requesting a call back and an opportunity to explain what happened, which were ignored.

This is definitely a pricey hang out for drinks and dessert, but with my family in town - it was the best way to catch great views of DTLA and sunset in the city.

They do give out souvenir cocktail glasses to take home with you after your gulped down that $20+ drink. You can bet my family was all sucked in to the concept.

We sat for drinks and shared some strawberry cheesecake. The service was great and the dessert was nice. Nothing over the top amazing, but you come for the view. I would probably recommend this as a place to bring tourists or a nice place to start or end your date night.

Beautiful view at night. Staff was very friendly and service was prompt. Had sliders and a flatbread, which were a good snack. Love the fact that the bar rotates (supposedly takes an hour to do a 360 turn) but I will say that both me and my partner got a bit dizzy every now and then. Not to discourage anyone but this might affect people differently, especially when you're having drinks.

What a treat from 34 stories above DTLA! I took my brother Alfonso along with my friends Javier and Tim there after our brief evening walking tour of DTLA. It was a perfect way to wrap-up our visit to the heart of the City of Angels. The staff are welcoming, attentive and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our fries, delicious hummus, wine, Guinness, and a magnificent rotating view of the skyline. We hope to return soon to try out other shareable menu items.

Beautiful view, good service but the food is small portion and not so great. Overall, with a visit. Good for small snack and drinks. Of course expect to pay extra for the drinks and food. The view is amazing !

The drinks are just okay and the small appetizers are expensive, but that's not why you're here. This lounge rotates, very slowly (around one rotation per hour), giving you a 360 degree view of the city. Come an hour before sunset and you'll get an impressive light show as the colors reflect off of the surrounding buildings.
