Absolutely the best place to go to for your hearing needs! Started coming here for about 6-7 years and Dr.Chappell and Autumn are the best! They both treat you amazing and actually listen to what you have to say.
Highly recommend coming here for all your hearing care needs.

My wife and I have gone here for years. The level of care and service is outstanding. Kurt and Autumn really care about the customers experience. Kurt "listens" to the hearing scenarios you're faced with daily. I work in a noisy environment, Kurt listened to my struggles and he was able to create an application for my hearing from aids that I can use at work.

Been going here for a couple of years. Very caring, take the time to answer all my questions and make sure my hearing aids were set perfectly. Pricing was better than others places I had talked to. Can't say anything negative at all, great place to go and sending my other family members there.

I have been wearing hearing aid for over 14 years. Kurt and Autumn Chappell have taken care of me since 2008 when I was 48 years old. I am on my 3rd set of hearing aid devices. As the years have gone by, technology has improved and with Kurt's experiences and knowledge I continue to trust and value his recommendations on what will work best for me. He is always willing to have me try several devices to see what works for me and what does not in all environments from work to restaurants to home. You will not get that anywhere else.
