  This company is nothing short of amazing. It is Christmas weekend and I had a problem with my septic system. I called first thing this morning and the gentleman who answered was so kind and helpful and within an hour had someone at my house. The technician who came out was professional kind and knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. I will never use anyone else and I am grateful for how considerate and honest they were! Thanks a million

  Would definitely recommend Busy Bee Septic. The office staff are knowledgeable and provide brilliant customer service. Especially, Brittany who was extremely helpful throughout our septic system repair journey from start to finish and thereafter. Jeremy and the team were also excellent. They kept us informed at all stages of our septic inspection and repair. Jeremy even came back a couple of weeks later to confirm everything was working well after completion of the work.

  When I called Busy Bee because my septic system was backing up they arrived in less than two hours. I didn't even know where my septic tank was located, but they were able to find it quickly. In addition to clearing the blockage, they recommended some upgrades to my system and explained multiple options to me. Their prices were very reasonable and they did a great job. Thank you!

  Called Busy Bee to do my Septic system pumping at my house I had bought a few years back. I was not sure of what size and type of septic system and tanks I had, Vinny took the time to explain my entire system to me. They were very professional and courteous from my initial call to the services performed. What a great company to do business with! I would highly recommend Busy Bee to anyone!

  I would definitely recommend Busy Bee’s septic pumping service.
  
  It’s been longer than recommended for septic cleaning!
  Brittany was very responsive when I initially called about our septic issue and tech provided quality service on site along with some additional troubleshooting questions. We were later provided a detailed report on our case and fees charged respectively.
  
  I’m so happy Busy Bee was the first company I called because of all the awesome reviews. Their reputation is well earned. You won’t be disappointed.
