A great place to go and find reasonable prices on used vehicles and the owners treat their customers with dignity and respect. You will want to come back because of the Berlin Family goes out of their way for loyal customers.

I was just reading over the reviews and need to say a few things. First, do your research. There is no reason that you don't know what you are buying when you purchase a car at Jim's. Pull a Carfax on the car. Yes, he buys many of his cars at auction and rebuilds them. It is why he can offer low mileage cars at low prices. Ask him a lot of questions about the type of damage the car had. He will answer you honestly. I have purchased 2 from him and my brother purchased one. I have been happy with my vehicles. Have I had some issues? Yes, but I wouldn't say any more issues than I've had with any other car. There was a comment about financing and how someone was told they probably couldn't help. This wasn't a reflection on you, but rather, the fact that you probably won't find financing for a rebuilt title. I will say this, if I've had an issue, Jim has worked with me on it. He doesn't talk to me like I'm a stupid woman. He's loaned me cars to get back to work. And you will not find the cars that he has for the money anywhere else and I've done A LOT of shopping.

Very sketchy place. I went to look at a vehicle and was afraid to step out of the car because of shady people wandering nearby.

I got a 2004 Pontiac Vibe in April 2015 from Jim's for a good price. He worked with me and even searched to help find me the perfect car for the perfect price. The car is still up and running. Definitely would go back.

Bought a truck from here, it was recked and didn't find that out until I called the insurance company. All the cars he sells are recked but he fixes them up to make them look nice and sells them at a low price.

NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JIM'S AUTO! Sold a vehicle to me $8,000 in middle of December 2015. Now not even middle of February 2016, that's less than 3 months later things that needed to be repaired:
(mind you Jim Jr. Looked me in the eye and swore up and down that he does maintenance on every one of his vehicles and to trust him. He stand behind his work and would never want to screw anyone over like other used cars salesmans. This Jim GUY also knew $8,000 was my max and I needed a reliable car that would,t need any fixing for at least 6 months or more. Ok now this is what All broke down since I purchased vehicle and I rarely drive.

    1. Air conditioning pump went out
    2. Replace pully
    3. Serpentine belt broke
    4. Battery wont hold charge.
    5. Replaced battery yesterday still wont hold. Which means Alternator.
    6. Back passenger window motor out so window will not roll up or down. And it's stuck down now. It sure is cold for my 3 year old son!
    7. Abs light is on
    8. 4×4 light is blinking
    9. Headlights dim on and off frequently while
    driving.

So I only write this review so WARN OTHERS! I really feel bad for these people. They are what give used cars salesmen a bad rap. Not to mention small muskegon business owners!!
