When renting a trailer we expected the water to be filled and the propane turned on. Not the case. Good thing we had resources to fill the tank. The trailer has a shower, toilet, and sink yet you need to ask for the water tank to be filled. The staff disagrees. Huge customer service disconnect.

Great service, saved our camping trip. The door lock on our camper had broken, they had just the thing to get us back to relaxing. The friendly staff took the time to come out to the parking lot and make sure we got the right part.

Stopped in to buy a few camper accessories on way thru the area on a Friday afternoon. We noticed our trailer hitch equalizer had bent mount plate that probably happened the day b4. They were able to help fix this during A peak period and enable us to get back on the road. Good service. Thank you.

I think their pushy! Buy a new 2016 use it once n gotta bring it back to have a 101 things fixed. Literally used it once n they've had it for 4 weeks. I've called numerous times,they say their calling backI have never heard once from them. My husband called,they said it would b another 3-4 weeks. Had to cancel 2 camping trips this summernot impressed!! I'll never buy another nor will I send anyone their way. Once u get a bad experience,u tend not to go back expecually when u pay $25,000 for something!
