The worst NEW car buying experience anyone can think of. BEWARE of DEALER STICKERS that WILL RUIN your car! Would never buy another car from them. Had more problems with this new car then any old car I ever had. General Manager Jim is a real smooth talker and will make you believe he is on your side but there has to be a reason why all of his employees are incompetent. Qualified people wont help you to run a scam business. Sales person was not professional, delivery of a car was like dropping off piece of s***, they couldn't get paperwork correctly but I could of lived with all of that if they didn't destroy our property! They put their dealer sticker on our 30k brand new shiny car like we paid 100 bucks for it. Any person who knows ANYTHING about car paint would never put anything on it. When asked to remove it professionally they sent some a guy to rip it off with his nails and pictures attached - these are SCRATCHES on our paint. Sure he paid for the repairs but end of story - we paid for a NEW Car and ended up with refurbished one that already gone through multiple paint jobs and will never be factory new. At this point Jim is avoiding my emails or calls. Time to take it up higher!

Have had issues with my vehicle nonstop. Started off with my door handle to my drivers side being broken so I was unable to get out of my car. Then my engine ended up going, so it had to get replaced. After that my brakes and rotors weren't good at all. Now my battery is having issues keeping a charge. Seems everytime I get something fixed another thing is wrong with it. All in all. Wish I found a better place to go.

I thought buying a car was going to be a great experience..not. They sold me a car that they knew had a serious defect. First day I drove it home my sunroof started leaking onto the passenger seat. The sales guy said they won't fix it because I bought it "as is". I can't drive my car in the rain. What's the point of buying a car if you can't drive it? Went in this week when it was pouring to again try to get them to be honest and fix the issue. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I had to talk to the sales guy. After waiting again I'm told by a young man that my sales guy is too busy for me. I guess lunch is more important than your clients. Ive never been so irritated in my life. Now it seems that they still won't fix something they knew was defective when they put it on the lot. This leak can short out my entire electrical system. I've never seen so much blatant disregard for people in my life. Never would I recommend this place to anyone.

They helped us out tremendously with getting a new car. Unfortunately it wasnt inspected before we brought it home. Had to take it in 4 times for a sensor malfunction. Thought it was fixed and when I called to let them know what was going on I never heard back from them. The car so far is running fine, but god knows what else is wrong with it.

Service department is great. interesting enough I wandered around for 15 plus minutes and not one sales person approached me as I looked at new vehicles. when I finally approached a sales man he pretty much shut me down as he munched on his apple. My previous experiences with Preferred have been good. today not so much as I sit here in the waiting room. 2 stars for today's lack of enthusiasm from the sales people. The service staff is great. On that part I like to bring my truck here for service

As a first time buyer off a lot I believe that my situation was handled quite well. I was always thought to not trust a salesmen so I was very cautious. My trade in and sale took longer than expected, past closing time. The sales man Nick was very eager to help my get into something new, and did absolutely everything he could to get me into an affordable car that I could afford. My father brings his ram here for service, and generally seems pleased, that's what brought me here.

Wow what a friendly, accommodating dealership. They were very attentive to my needs. I would certainly recommend this dealership as a top organization to do business with in Muskegon

Bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee, I had a tow set up added and the plastic bumper piece that they installed was put on with DUCT TAPE!! I didn't notice until the duct tape started to come loose. Tried to get them to fix it several times with no luck. As of now I will never buy another vehicle from them again.
**Since I posted they have called me and are working to fix the issue.

Non-commission sales people! Ben Jeahnig was great. Helped us get a good deal on a great truck. I felt like I was being helped rather than taken.

4/28/17 was the second time I visited this stealership and the second time I left WITHOUT a car. The salesman was nice but the Sales Manager is a piece of *expletive*. The low-balled my trade in and were asking near new pricing on the used car I was looking at. They would not negotiate on the price at all saying "that's not how we do business!" Right from their website states:

"The BUY WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE includes:
Market Value Pricing. Market prices are monitored and the lowest price in the market is researched so you have the best value. See dealer for details."

I will never be returning. Be wary of the grown man who dresses like a pimp and wears a trilby hat to work.

Where do I begin??? Since the beginning of January, my Chrysler Pacifica has been at Preferred more days than with me. I paid to have it fixed in December, and since then, I have had it back in the shop twice. My check engine light was on twice. Currently the light is off, but I am wondering if it really is fixed . They were generous in the fact that they gave me a loaner for all the times my vehicle has been in for repair. Weeks have gone by without any contact from anyone at Preferred. I have spoken to both Managers.
