Jose Acevedo in the Sales department was great! He only showed us what we asked for and didn't try to sell us anything else! He was funny and light hearted, but not pushy. He was a pleasure to work with and a big part of the reason we bought our truck. His humor was a huge plus!!! If you're going there, ask for him! 😊

An update to previous review
Dave contacted me and informed that the car is under a month and will waive the deductible. Despite the rudeness from service advisor Regina and trying to get in touch with somebody. Everything is being taken care of. Thanks to Dave and was able to get a vehicle in the mean time. Hopefully they successfully rebuild the transmission and the car is a perfect running car from here on out.response / report this review -

Total fraud! Sold a car as a "program" vehicle with a "clean" car fax. The car fax paperwork they provided was "photoshopped" / altered. Car had a salvage title before. Criminal complaint filed with the State of Florida.

Not happy with the Sales team. Tried to price gouge due to limited supply when other dealers were not price gouging.
