Worst car buying experience that I have ever had. I spoke with Zack twice on the day I drove 2 hours to test drive the truck that I wanted. Was informed twice that it was here. Drove there to find that it had been sold to a dealer in Kansas and was no longer on the lot. All I heard were apologies for their error. No offer to make it right just a “that’s how it goes” and screw you. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Very helpful. My aunt walked in empty handed with only a car to trade and they were so professional. Did not turn us away because we had nothing to put down. Really satisfied. They do their best to satisfy the customer.

In the past I have been to several different car dealerships and have always been made to feel like I was being followed or pressured to fill out paper work right away to see what kind of vehicle I qualified for.
However, This time when I came in to the Dale Earnhardt Dealership I was approached in a different manner.
I made eye contact with this very polite young lady named Jordan Morgan, she then greeted me with a handshake and a smile.
She started asking me questions and then I explained to her what kind of car I was looking for. She was very patient with me and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
Ms. Jordan, was so polite and kind to me I give this dealership 5 stars. Dealerships sure could use a lot more employees like Jordan Morgan.

As a student searching for a new car without my parents by my side I was definetly very nervous because I'd always heard the old sayings of how car dealers take advantage of our ignorance. However, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevy did the exact opposite. They have an amazing staff! I also had the pleasure of meeting an amazing worker named Jordan Morgan who definitely calmed me and let me know the salesmen were amazing and that I wouldn't be taken advantage of. She definitely made my experience a lot better before even meeting with a salesman!

Very satisfied with the knowledge and service Shawn Whitley had to offer. I can truly tell he cares about his customers! I was ready to give up on getting a nice, reliable vehicle for an affordable price, but he made it possible for me to drive away the same day. I love my new car!

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet. Customer service was superb!! At first we didn't know what car we were looking for but our awesome salesman Tony Brewer pointed us in the right direction. I would recommend anyone to him. We absolutely LOVE our NEW car!!!

I was researching a Chevrolet Equinox at the online store, decided to call and spoke with Nathan Huffman. Nathan was awesome and provided me with more information then I was looking for. Nathan spent a great deal of time with me over the phone and made sure I was comfortable with what I was looking for and the options available. I have to say, I don't have good experiences at car dealers and his patience with me was super appreciated. I made an appointment with him and will be stopping in soon. Thank you Nathan!

I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with when it comes to car dealers - I aways feel the need to put a firm guard up and assume that everything they say is in THEIR best interest and not mine. I'd rather just walk the lot, pick the car, sign, and go. I don't want to negotiate, play games, or drive away feeling screwed.

I recently visited Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Chevrolet in Tallahassee, Florida on a whim. For quite some time, I've been thinking of purchasing a new automobile. While visiting friends in the area, I made my way to Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Chevrolet. I was greeted by a friendly salesperson by the name of Nathan. He and I discussed vehicle options. Needless to say, he was very helpful. I'm still shopping around, but was greatly impressed by Chevrolet's product and the help I received at this fine place of business.

I called and scheduled an appointment with Marion Lee. Arrived on time. Was shown several cars. Test drove the one I liked and the process began! It was easy! I was there for a while but it was worth the wait. They met my expectations, and my budget! I enjoyed working with Marion and left that day a happy girl!

Outstanding customer service from Barbie Jordan and Rusty Sykes and the other members of their team. They were exemplary! They seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and took great pride in listening to our requirements and making everything work.
