We are very pleased with the service rendered to us by Century. Even though we presently have a servicing contract with another PC company, the pests were not under control. When we reached out to other PC companies, Gary contacted us.

On Gary's first visit, he identified the attic as the source of the pests. He explained the problem including pictures. He was able to schedule us to have the work done immediately.

Daren, Jose and Raoul were sent to do the work in our attic. They were very professional and personable. They provided us with pictures of the insulation removal, entry holes, sanitizing process, and blown R-49 insulation installation.

Last but not least, is the office personnel. Their communication with us relative to scheduling and billing was in excellence.

In our experience with service in controlling pests, Century is second to none! Thank you again, Century.

Amazing business to work with. Technician Ron W. arrived on time. Upon arrival he let me explain the reason for my call as well as listen to me complain over and over about my issue! He was in and out in no time, and my issue is now resolved! One thing that made my tech Mr. Ron stand out from other techs HE took the initiative and wore shoe coverings without me having to ask! Great work team and a big thank you to Ron.

My service technician James Smith went above and beyond the call of duty! He was very polite, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. He took the time to explain the services being rendered and answered my questions and concerns. We hired Century Pest to insulate our attic and they were amazing! Highly recommend them! From the Service Managers all the way to the technicians… everyone was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job! They removed our old insulation, air sealed the attic and added new insulation to the area. I can’t say enough good things about the entire process. If you need your attic insulated, you need to call them ASAP!

Signed contract to remove squirrels from attic. They never resoled the problem, even after numerous visits. Never returned calls and poor customer service. Had to contact another company to resolve situation and repair what Century has done.
