Enjoyed my time with the tech on site, and I'm sure they do good work like most the reviews state. I received a quote and told them I wanted to weigh my options and talk to my spouse about it. Shortly after I received a call informing me of other pricing and I felt forced into the decision (which I didn't make). I ended up finding better pricing from another company who also did a nice job. As someone who doesn't know pricing in the industry, I shouldn't feel bad for wanting to get another quote - but that's how Action made me feel.

Collin B. arrived promptly and analyzed my garage door situation in an efficient and professional manner. He completed the necessary maintenance and answered any questions I had about keeping my garage door in good working condition. The technician who came to repair garage door offered a $900 replacement rather than a repair. The problem we experience is a communication issue between new remote and receivers. The technician made no effort to solve issues, just try to sell something not needed. $35 for 10 minutes.
We have used Action before and we're pleased with service. This time he didn't even try
