That’s ridiculous I’ve been having solar installed since May 2021 and a young man was convincing that my bill will steady and lower now we are in 2023 I still don’t see any Change and no one really tells me what’s going on I’m very disappointed.
And I’m ready by any way either the company removed those panels or find way.
Or than that I will find a legal way
I don’t have rational explanation.

I signed on for a Sunscription account about a year ago and it went live earlier this year. Overall I'd say it's been a positive experience once I was able to see credits applied to my Excel energy bill. It was a lot less then I was expecting but I am saving money each month. Average savings have been anywhere between 5-12 dollars a month. Since they apply a slightly larger credit to my energy bill each month, it's more of a minor monthly discount than a billable service. One area of improvement I would recommend is to have a better online account dashboard that is user friendly with monthly statements and whatnot. Otherwise I'd recommend them!

This has been a really positive experience. We love investing in solar energy, and it results in money saved on our end, which is a nice perk. All great customer service experiences as well - everyone is super friendly. Very thankful we got involved, and would absolutely recommend to anyone else to jump in as well!

I had to wait a little longer than expected for my solar farm to get up and running (but wasn't charged before it came online, don't worry!) but now that it is it's fantastic to see credits every month on my Xcel energy bill and know that I'm helping to fund renewable and less carbon-intense energy streams.

I didn't experience any high-pressure sales tactics, all my questions were answered quickly, and the contract was written in clear language.

I have about 500W of solar panels on my garage for charging my electric bike and power tools, but for the rest of my power it made the most sense to use the economy of scale and site placement of a solar garden, rather than my roof.
