  I can't speak highly enough of our public adjuster, Katrina Morris, who worked a miracle in settling a stagnant claim against our carrier, Plymouth Rock.
  
  It'd been two years since our kitchen fire and and negotiations were at a standstill. There was no end in sight.
  
  So Metro assigned a new adjuster to the case. That was Katrina, who proceeded to spend the next two months negotiating on our behalf, receipt by receipt. It was an amazing display of honest, hard work.
  
  My family and I are grateful for Katrina's efforts. She helped us reach a reasonable compromise with Plymouth Rock.
  
  This couldn't have happened without her. Thank you!

  I had some damages to my roof due to the storm and my insurance company was not co-operating. So, I reached out to Metro Public Adjustment Inc and was assigned to work with Chris Powers and Vern Lyken-Thomas. They were very professional and helpful and left no stone unturned. They worked relentlessly with me and the insurance company. I am very satisfied with the team. They make a great team and I must say that I have absolutely no regrets. I will in a heart's beat recommend Chris, Verne and Metro Public Adjustment Inc anytime you have a problem. They are the way to go. They deserves to be rated with the 5- stars. Try them you won't regret it.🙂

  Working with Metro Public Adjustment Company has been an amazing experience.. I have had 3 major homeowners's insurance claims experiences over the last few years and always received professional, timely, and accurate claims resolutions. Unfortunately insurance companies will take advantage of claimants that are not knowledgeable about how the claim should be handled and the maximum benefits they are entitled to. All of the Metro Adjusters are knowledgeable and well studied.
  
  I have not had to stress since I have been working with Metro as I know my claim will be handled fairly, swiftly, professionally and I will greatly benefit.
  If I could give Metro 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Metro Public Adjuter Company.

  My x husband and I had a claim at our home which entailed writing all over the walls by our grandchild in addition to what appeared to be smoke damage. We were advised to contact a Public Adjuster so we contacted Metro Public Adjustment incorporated. They sent an adjuster named Larry Myerhofer who not only was he able to accurately identify the damage, (which was not smoke damage but rather damage from water), but was also able to negotiate with our insurance adjuster to get us a fair and equitable settlement. We were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism so we will continue to use Metro for any future claims as well as avail ourselves of their free home and business owner education presentations.

  Metro fights for their homeowners to get what they deserve. They are timely in their responses and available to answer any questions you might have, even on holidays. They are diligent in helping you understand the specific coverages from your homeowners policy in language that you can understand. I would not attempt to deal with my insurance company without an expert to fight for me. It would be like seeking a divorce with assets involved without using a lawyer. My home is an investment that I work hard to maintain or better its value. Experts who deal with these issues regularly know what it takes to properly repair your home.
