This place is a big dump the ceiling leaks, and if you are 5 day late they lock you out of your unit. They unhooked all power so you have and lights or electric outlets to work with. If you value your stuff i would go else were. The staff at the Belton mo.the mangaer John is a nice guy. And they could care less if your stuff gets ruined. I personally am looking for a new place so I can be out of the by the end of the month. AGAIN THIS PLACE IS TRASH. Oh and it smells like cat piss in the Main office.P.S IF YOUR GOING TO RENT ONE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR OWN INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR STUFF. BECAUSE I BET THE INSURANCE THERE CHARGE YOU WONT COVER IT.

Currently have a unit with central. The small staff is personable, available, and accommodating. The hours to visit your unit are more forgiving than other local facilities and the prices are comparable. The unit itself is clean, as is the property.

This location is under new management. You only need to walk in, to realise this. There is no longer a bad smell in the office and the store is actually open 5 days a week now. The new manager is kind and thorough. It's like night versus day.

Larry is the best!!!! We miss him in Kansas City Kansas! Never had a better manager at a storage!! Ready to help you and make sure you're stay with them is the best! If you have had a bad time there in the past with Larry there it will be completely different. I don't usually put a review on someone that he was very outstanding.
