  Stopped at this location today. The gal who helped me was very nice. The cashier was very nice as well. Used my coupon from the mail and had a very pleasant experience!!

  Steven, thank you for making a chronically ill woman feel pretty again, you were great with me and have REAL TALENT. I will say that he had to clean up another "advanced master stylist's" mess and unless I see Steven I will never go back there again because I saw Nikki 2 times and was disappointed and frustrated and also must say that it doesn't matter if it says they're a Jedi Master Ninja Stylist, some people know how to listen and some don't.   I love Bob! Just got my hair permed curly, and it is exactly what I was asking for!
  Perfect Permanent on my hair! I love their massage therapist! I've had manicures, pedicures, brows shaped, up-do's, and you can find great deals on salon products! It's so close and convenient. The staff working there always seems happy. Which is very telling about any business!

  I paid $61 for a "Master Stylist" to do a simple cut. I came prepared with a picture and all. I walked out my hair was not only 3 inches shorter, but obviously uneven in length. Will never make that mistake again!

  I went in today to see rashawna! I was very worried since i have curly nappy hair and i don't trust a lot of people with it!! She did amazing and i will definitely return to see her!! Thank you so much!!!!

  I went here and got a perm. It took 5 boxes of different products before it actually took. . and she ended up frying my hair. Took me a year to grow it out. Left my hair wet and it was cold outside . Absolutely worse place to get your hair done.

  What a bummer. Scheduled my 12 year old daughter for a hair cut and blow dry for $35. Checked her in & left to run over to Target. They called and said the services would be $55 because my daughter asked that it be straightened when she blew it dry. We both have thick hair & I know it's possible to blow dry it straight - no need for a straight iron. Told them I wanted them to stick with the $35. I'm sitting here watching them and it seems like the stylist is intentionally trying to make it poofy. Stay away from this salon. It is close to my house and was trying to avoid a trip to my salon downtown.

  My stylist was Ashlyn, and normally she does a great job and I'm always happy with her work. I showed her the picture a week before hand and she proceeded to say it could be done, unfortunately it was no where near what I wanted. She offered to fix it for free, which I was happy about, but then took back that she was going to fix it for free. she was going to charge me AGAIN for fixing the mistake she did and trying to put the blame on me by sending me rude and unprofessional text messages threatening to send me a video of what happened that day. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this facility or being her client any longer.
