Staff and whole experience was great. During our stay we went parasailing, jet skiing and rented beach chairs and umbrellas. Pricing for everything was reasonable and we had a blast. Staff was very nice and helpful. We saw dolphins from the beach as well as from parasailing where we saw some turtles and small sharks. Highly recommend. Best staff in town.

Of course it's five stars! I mean Three wave runners for one hour of fun? These guys were great! We got there at 9:30 and the staff was thorough in safety instruction. My two teenagers completed the FWC boating test and we were on our way. What I really liked was that this was on the beach rather than in the bay.

We found this place online and boy did we find a gem! This place is awesome. The staff couldn't be anymore accommodating and professional. We went tandem parasailing on the fist day and they treated my wife and I great! It was our first time and they explained every step in detail ( with some "first timers" humor thrown in) until we were completely comfortable with what was about to happen. We purchased the picture and GoPro movie package, but we're still here and have not seen them yet. I'll update this review when we get back home. But I expect no problems!
We had so much fun and treated like people are supposed to be treated, that we came back for the 10am jet ski dolphin tour. This was AMAZING! A MUST DO! 2 hours of jet skiing and you get to see dolphins! A dolphin was close enough for us to touch. We also purchased the photos from the tour and they turned out great! We're here another week and are seriously thinking about doing it again, we had that much fun!
I wish I could remember everyone's names that made these 2 days so pleasurable butI can't. Sorry! But I will tell you that everyone was awesome to deal with and we would like to thank you ALL!
We will be back next time we're in the area!
The only thing I wish they had for piece of mind was some type of storage/locker for your personal items while on the excursions. Though the staff did but our stuff behind their counter and watch it for us, it would have been nice to lock it up. If you bring a car it would be easy to lock your stuff in the car, but we took a Lyft here and had no where to really secure our personal items. This is the ONLY thing that kinda bothered me. But once again the staff was very accommodating and we had an Awesome time!response / report this review -

The parasailing crew is great. Very good with kids too. Highly recommend this activity. Jet skis are excellent too.

Renting jet skis from here was quick and easy, with online reservations or by walking up and paying. They got us right on with no wait and we had a huge area to explore. Great experience and would love to do it again.

We para-sail and/or jet ski with Bonita Jetski and Parasail 2-3 times a year when we're vacationing in the area. The booking process is easy and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I take my 2 kids (ages 10 and 13) and feel completely safe and like we're in good hands. I highly recommend their business!!

Came from Naples to rent at Bonita Springs and wasn't disappointed. Awesome customer service and all around awesome experience on the wave runners!! Will be back for sure and I highly recommend you come here for whatever it is you want to do. On the waverunners you only have like 1min of idle speed to get past the bouey and then you have all the rest of your time out in the open water to have a blast. (Other places you may have to idle for a while before you get into open water) Everyone we dealt with was very professional and nice and made us feel great. Zero wait time after filling out quick paperwork. Also got to see them do para-sailing and that looked like an awesome time too. Bonita also has a 2 hour guided jet ski tour to see dolphins and manatees and that is the best deal they have they said. When I come back I will definitely be doing that. The open water was great to get a taste but would love to switch it up. 5 stars all around. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!
