I have rented from Celebrations for a few parties in the past both big and small and we have always received excellent service.

Just last week our company had our Christmas Party which we hosted in our breakroom. My vision came to life and the room was transformed thanks to the rental items Celebrations! carries.

We rented linens, chairs, tables, glassware, silverware and dishware. Their team was courteous, professional and on time.

I look forward to renting from them again in the future.

We are using celebrations for our 'night before' and wedding. Almost every interaction I have with them is met with hostility and rudeness. Even in front of my parents and mother in-law when we went into their showroom. If they were not the only real place to rent party supplies from, I would NEVER do business with them.

We went with Celebrations upon the recommendation of our planning team. Disclaimer - I never dealt with them directly apart from browsing their site to make styling choices and approve my designer's suggestions. I am not based in California so all the coordination was done by our designer and planner. The price was ok and on the wedding day - all their linens, chairs and decor pieces were good quality (at least it seemed to me). They also agreed to make a last minute reduction on our rental quantity due to COVID19 (our guest count reduced drastically) which I appreciated.

The one area that I feel they could improve on - I felt their selections could use a little more variety. For example - I would browse competitor rental sites for decor options then go to Celebrations' site to choose comparable items which they don't have. It felt they had a smaller inventory of stuff (mostly classic pieces) , so if you are a bride that is going for a specific or detailed-oriented look, you will find Celebrations' options lacking.

It wasn't a major issue for us as I kept our styling pretty simple and classic. Everything went off perfectly on the wedding day. I'm happy with how things went.
