  The day I came to terms with the reality of my financial situation, and knew I had to file for bankruptcy was probably the scariest day of my life. I simply didn't have enough money to pay all the creditors that were calling all day long. I didn't know very much about bankruptcy, and I was worried about losing everything, which would certainly put my family in a serious situationwhat about our home, the car for transportation to go to work, and food on the table? I found Mark Miller online, and after reading many good reviews, decided to call and make an appointment. I can honestly say that this was the best decision for my family. Everyone in the Law Offices of Mark Miller was very kind, respectful, and understanding of my financial problem. They helped me to understand that I wasn't the only person with such problems, and they walked me through each phase of the bankruptcy very efficiently. Even though this was one of the scariest moments of my life, everything worked out perfectly. I was able to keep my home, car, and have food on the table for my family. I am deeply grateful that I found the Law Offices of Mark Miller.   I wouldn't use Mark or Larissa again. Take caution. I had a very troubling experience with them. They were slow to respond and often advised me poorly. Based on my personal experience these other reviews appear to be fake and/or coached. Mark emailed me and declared "you are officially debt free! Can you please leave us a review?." I did not leave a review because I was still being harassed by a debtor and I was suspecting I was in fact NOT debt free. They reported my first review about this experience and I was warned with legal action. It turned out I was not debt free so I'm glad I didn't leave a review until now.
  
  Based on my experience with them, I would not trust these lawyers to have your best interest in mind. Larissa and Mark can't keep their clients names straight. They continuously mixed up the details of my case and confused me with their other clients. They emailed me about someone else's case and the email appeared incoherent. They also claimed that I was NOT their client after I paid them and they complete my Bankruptcy (BK) and declared me "debt free".
  
  Once the BK was complete I began to get harassed by a creditor who's debt was supposed to be discharged in my BK. Mark instructed me to contact him if anything like this happened because the creditor can be fined $1,000 per instance of attempt to collect. So at first Miller Legal looked at the debt and stated "they should not be collecting on a debt that was included in the BK", so I was hopeful and I hung in there for a while. then Miller started to reply to my inquiries very very slowly. Over the course of the next 10 months they dodged my emails and responded with "we'll look into it" several times. I asked for appointments and planned phone calls but they would not oblige. After 10 months and approximately 20 emails, they stated the same thing over and over and continued to ask me to send them the same info over and over. Mark and Larissa finally responded THIS WEEK, that they were NOT willing to follow up on the harassing debt collection because "It's only $150 debt". This is untrue, the debt is nearly $1,000 and its growing every day. It even grew while they were dodging me and leading me on for 10 months. Mark mislead me when he told me he would pursue creditors who contact me after the BK. And he mislead me when he emailed me that I was "debt free". Now I believe that they have uncovered a mistake in my BK filing and they are not willing to look into the harassing debt collector bc they actually did something wrong and now have no recourse leaving me with the debt and continued strikes against my credit.
  
  Mark and Larissa seemed to struggle with general concepts of law and their fiduciary duty to their client. They try to sell you on costly "debt relief" which only costs you more money than you have and leaves you worse off than you started. It seems they will only take your case if it's a guaranteed $$$ for them within very specific parameters. At one point the claimed my case would be difficult because I had a clean haircut and was well spoken. Essential he was saying I didn't look poor enough to file for BK so he wasn't willing to take the chance. Two months later I lost my job, so then my case became a "slam dunk" and he was now willing to pursue.

  Mark Miller and his associates are top notch! Support from beginning to end..Always receptive to any questions and concerns. Always made us feel at ease throughout the process! Don’t hesitate to use the law firm, they are the best!!

  I can not begin to tell you how caring and professional the team at the offices of Mark L. Miller are. Having come from divorce and other personal issues, they made it so incredibly easy. I couldn't have rebuilt my life (which is so much better now) without the team there. The listen and I mean that they truly listen to your situation and have thee most amazing heart. At no point did I ever feel they were taking advantage of me. Truly excellent service and I just wish there was something else I could do to show how thankful I am in helping me get my life back.   Mark and his team has helped my family and I more than you can imagine! My mom got sick when I was younger and I watched her struggle with debt collectors and finances until Mark and his team showed her a way out from underneath all that stress. Later on in life after my mom passed and I was an adult dealing with the same financial stress, they showed me the way out as well and gave me a fresh start! its been 3 years since my discharge and my family and I are purchasing a house! hence why I remembered to write this review! Thanks again Mark and team
