My daughter chose to use this company to supply the rental tent for her wedding. On the morning before the wedding a crew of five men showed up to assemble and set up the tent for the wedding the next day. Through walking around in circles most of the morning, taking breaks and going to the store to get snacks, multiple cigarette breaks and just a whole lot of standing around the tent finally was put up around five hours later. As we were loading things into the tent and preparing to set up tables for the next day we realized that the doors on the rear end of the tent were supposed to Velcro shut but the Velcro was so old and tattered it would not shut so we ended up using some tape to tape it together. A wind storm came in overnight and blew those taped doors violently open and destroyed about $350 worth of table settings my daughter had carefully put together. Then, on the morning of the wedding the groom and groomsmen show up to find the tent is collapsed on two sides which destroyed another roughly $1000 worth of Wedding favors and decorations. We immediately called the company and they said they would send someone to repair the tent. When they sent someone two hours later they realized that the original crew the day before had not tied down the tent at all or secured the posts in which held the tent up! Let alone the fact that they charged for every single little thing including exit signs, fire marshal license, and lighting which should be included in such a dark tent in the first place. I felt that this tent was not wedding appropriate and should have been advised to my daughter. The faulty rear door that we had to duck tape together just to get through the ceremony was also a terrible deterrent to the entrance of the bride who now had to be given away by her father through the side door. Not as dramatic as the bride had intended as every bride dreams of doing. So this company also robbed her of that because of their negligently breached door that also had an exit sign we had to pay for When clearly it couldn’t be used. No windows at all completely black with the doors that should have closed but couldn’t because the Velcro is so old and didn’t stick together anymore. These people never offered my daughter any compensation for any of the damage that their negligent tent caused. I feel that their product was extremely ghetto and 4000+ dollars not to include tables chairs dance floor signs lighting fire marshal license was not worth it and I would never Recommend this company to anyone, PERIOD! Just try to navigate their website it’s misleading and very difficult to find what you’re looking for. Seems like a scam for company when you can’t even get a tent quote on their website. Extremely dissatisfied and will tell everybody! Horrible company, horrible experience!

I HIGHLY recommend using Celebrations for any event rentals! Everyone there at the Reno office were fantastic and were so friendly putting up with my all my calls! Keri and Lacey were wonderful and very helpful with each change. Delivery and pick-up were RIGHT ON TIME and COREY we love you! Corey (or is it Cory?) the delivery and pickup person was EXCEPTIONAL! Made everything so easy during a time when we were all stressed out! Thank you Celebrations for making this wedding a big success!!!

I have ordered a few times from celebrations but this was a great experience. Keri was very helpful and dealt with my fiancé and I going back and forth several times on the linens for our wedding. She even rebuilt the estimate to compare two of our choices. Overall very happy and would go back again!
