    Expect a wait. They don't keep a lot of medicines in stock so if you want something specific they will need to write a script. They do have the basics. The techs were great but service could be much better. It felt to me that they over scheduled themselves because I waited at least 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time just to get placed into a room where I waited again. My animals were completely stressed out by the time they were seen. A separate waiting area for dogs and cats would be great, even a half wall is better than nothing.

    HORRIBLE!!!! Took my dog in for an ear trim one ear is bigger than the other but they were healing great until I took her back for her rewrapping because his bandages kept coming off. Well he "cleaned them" and rebandaged them while they were wet which was obvious considering my dogs ears were soapy when the bandages came off the staff are rude and they will fabricate charges such as I was told the trim price would include: anastetic, trim, over night stay and medication upon pick up was told medication was not included and I would have to pay an additional amount then at the rewrapping I was told he wanted to clean them and needed to use a mild anastetic I then asked will that cost anything he replied no then when I went to schedule my next appointment the receptionist, who acts like she is above you in every way, told me I was to pay $27 I then told her I was not paying it considering the doctor had said it was free she then puffed up and slammed things around and rolled her eyes at me. So vet work HORRIBLE!! Communication on prices obviously doesn't happen or else the stuck up thing who scrunched up her leather bag looking face everytime I spoke to her would've known. Staff is rude as heck and acts like you are trash and like ur pet has a contractable disease by acting that they'd rather not touch them. I DO NOT BY ANY MEANS RECOMEND THIS VET!!!! WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ONE IVE EVER SEEN!!!!

    Terrible. Prepaid, then Performed services on pet with their own regard, without consulting the pet owner and then holds pet ransom for the cost of services you where unaware of, when you look to pick up. Unfair, uncommunicative business practices. Not to mention, they double dosed my pet with vaccines that made him Ill for almost a week and a required a vet visit at our previous vet

    Took my daughters cat to this vet. He was choking due to a swollen gland. They treated it with antibiotics and refused to release him. Had to play games with them for 2 days and when my wife and daughter went to pick up the cat they demanded over 200 dollars for the release of the cat. They had no consent or authorization. They just kept the cat.
    My wife offered to pay the bill on Friday. {4 days later.}
    We explained that we had no way to budget for this as it was not a routine visit but an unforeseen situation.
    By Friday the bill will exceed 400 dollars.
    I did check North Carolina guidelines and statues for veterinarians invoking liens on pets for the sole purpose of obtaining payment for medical treatment and discovered that North Carolina dos not permit this practice. In my mind this is theft!
    My Daughter suffers severe anxiety dis orders and was unable to participate in conventional education and had to be home bound school. This cat was being used as a therapy cat and my daughter is very despondent over the theft of her beloved cat.

    Our rescue dog, Nigel is a happier dog since our Veterinarian, Dr.Cook, discovered he has Allergies. She suspected allergies as the main reason poor Nigel was so miserable. We did the recommended blood test--and holy cow, Nigel is like an allergy scientific project. Dr. Cook spent two hours researching food our dog could eat. A big thanks to our Vet and your staff. Our family is happier too!
