Treasure trove of bargains, with helpful and friendly staff/volunteers.

Thus is a great and easy place to donate clothing and furniture. It provides a much needed service to the community. They have a good book selection with everything from travel books to fiction.

One of my favorite thrift stores to visit because of their great pricing!
Their clothing is as soon as you come in the store. Most items are $2.50 each or you can get clothes from the bin and it was 10 for $2.00 the last time I went (July 2017). They also have a section of jewelry and someone to help you with it. There is separate room to the left that has a lot of furniture and from there another room with house goods and decorations (separated by smaller "rooms").
There's no public restroom here and I'm pretty sure no area to try on clothes as well. So 4/5 stars because of that.response / report this review -

I am sure this organization does lots of good works for some of the less fortunate people of Augusta. Just as I am sure they want to represent themselves as good examples of Christ's love. The cashier working this past Friday (2/3/17) was not doing a good job of showing His love to anyone. I have never been treated more rudely in ANY thriftshop or for that manner any retail establishment. While at the cash register, trying to make friendly smalltalk with her, my friend was told to be quiet. She all but accused us of lying about a price the manager had quoted us. (We had to get the manager up front to verify)
Maybe this lady was having a bad day. But she does not need to be representing any organization in this way..much less a Christian charity.response / report this review -

This has been one of my favorite stores in Augusta since their days on Central ave ( first visit was in 1999). Love the t-shirt bin. Best deal in town. Wonderful boutique area. Best thrift store to find shirts, bedding ( esp quilts), purses, and holiday decorations. Great free box as well!
