Had a great fall round of golf here at Castle Bay. The greens had just been aerated and were covered in a fine layer of sand so they were a little slower than normal, but still rolled true. The fairways were in very good condition.

Absolutely love this course!!! It is one of a kind in the area and really fun course to play. That is until you get to a certain stretch of holes on the back 9 where the rough eats any golf ball that dares to trickle out of the fairway. Development one of my favorites though.

Terrific and challenging course and great rates. The only authentic Scottish links Style course in the area definitely worth checking out.

I live on the golf course. Beautiful course and the scenery is awesome. Some challenging holes but overall moderate difficulty course. Quiet and peaceful.

The course is always in great condition. Its very playable but challenging at the same time. The staff appreciates your business and treats you like they want you back. Pace of play is always reliable. You will enjoy the course and the experience. Stop by the restaurant after your round. It is a hidden gem.

This is a nice course and definitely the nicest in the immediate area!! It is our go to, as we live on the north side of Wilmington and prefer to venture north. I have never had an employee be rude to me, nor have I seen any other customer have a problem with the staff. The course usually plays fair and only has minor problems at times in certain areas. Remember its a links course but the perimeter holes can sometimes allow for minimal wind blockage at times. I'd say check it out even if you are in Brunswick county where there are tons of nice courses

The course is maintain great all year round; the greens are excellent and groomed according to the season. It can play as a great and different course each time you play depending on the season and is always changeling and fun. The pro shop has grown a great deal with several options with a variety of club selections to purchase, gloves, hats etc. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Great benefits and discounts for members, and several package options to chose from. I recommend this course to everyone I meet and I always compliment how great of condition the course is in; and the superintendent does a great job.
