I bought a dozen bagels and cream cheese. They forgot to put the cream cheese in the bag and I got all the way home before I noticed. I had to drive all the way back to get the cream cheese and all I got was a lame, "sorry". There egg sandwiches are microwaved. Who microwaves an egg sandwich? Customer service is a lost art nowadays. I will never go back.

I really like this place. Being from South Florida, I appreciate a good New York style bagel. This place does excellent Bagels with homemade cream cheese spreads. They also can do egg, bacon and cheese on a bagel, vegetables on a bagel, etc. The service is quick and usually very friendly, the prices are cheap, and the food is great. The actual place could use a little sprucing up, but that is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5.

worst service ive ever experienced. this is the second time they forgot to put an egg on my breakfast sandwich. how does that even happen? and whenever i go there- whether its packed or empty i have a good 20 minute wait. their food is good, but these people really suck

Rating Bagels and More under the Bagel Bakery name. I assume it has gone under new management and unfortunately this place has gone down hill. Went in today and we were never greeted - stood at the register for 3-5 minutes and never received service. They don't use the kitchen anymore - only the open area behind the bagels. They use a microwave to cook everything. One lady was making a bagel and was obviously waiting on meat to cook and could have easily taken our order but instead she stood there. So sad to see how unsanitary this place looked and the lack of management. My family and I will definitely miss how good it used to be.

My wife and I have been coming here for a while and always loved their food and serviceBUT APPARENTLY owner/management hands have changed to Rosa's Bagels

Since then, the drive through window might as well play movies, the service is horrible and the employees are rude, and the quality of bagels has definitely gone down.

Not sure why the old owner sold, but he must've gotten a lot for it. Good for him, bad for us. Dunkin Donuts it is

Almost 10 in the morning. Took 20 minutes to move up two cars yet there is only one person inside. Had my spouse go inside after waiting in the car and she got her food first by almost 7 minutes. The Bagels are good But not sit in your car for 50 minutes for three bagels with cream cheese and bacon good. Also, wear gloves when preparing my food. This isn't my first time with this experience. Also, hire more people. The people here move like molasses. It's sad when your restaurant is full, not because there eating here But because they're waiting for their order.

This little joint is the bomb dot com. There bagel sandwiches are amazing. It is worth the drive if it is a little out of the way you should differently stop by sometime.

This place truly deserves 5 stars everything is always fresh and amazing, but because of the staff they had there today 3 is all I can do. I called my order in as always went to the window so I wouldn't have to fight with my toddler going in there, it took at least 5 min for someone to come to the window and there was no one in the line inside. I know at least 4 people walked back and forth and looked me in the eye and not the first one came to see if someone had taken my order or if I called it in. We'll lesson learned, food was cold, she gave no apology either but knew she was in the wrong cause she was trying to offer cookies before I just simply drove off!! skip bagel basket all the way or go before 11am when there's people working who actually know what they're doing. I'm a regular and hate writing this but the staff you had today around 1130 will have a lot of regulars like me leaving.
