We ordered a teriyaki chicken for the kids, and it came rotten. We called the restaurant to let them know, and the manager was ridiculously rude and told us to go report it to the health department. The kids got sick after just eating a couple and realizing it was bad. Never seen a customer service like this. I hope they close them down.

The chicken teriyaki was rotten. Horrible customer service. The manager was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place at all.

We ordered food and the chicken teriyaki was rotten. It’s unbelievable that this happens at restaurants, but more unbelievable that when we called and spoke with the manager he was rude, unhelpful and overall out of line. We highly suggest to NEVER choose this restaurant.

Horrible customer service. Went at lunch and didnt get wait for 10 minutes until i approached the staff which did nothing. Approached the staff again at 15 and was told it was lunch rush yet the place was empty. I told them this and was told we just had to wait as they were short staffed. In closing, we arrived at 12:20 and at 1:00 pm when we didnt have our food, i asked them to put the food on to go as my lunch time was over. No apologies what so ever from staff OR MANAGER who had no clue how to handle or looked in any way sympathetic. If the manager sucks the employees will mirror his behavior. I paid full price for my food considering i got it 40 min later. Employees did not look as if they were in any rush or looked "short staffed". THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!

The sushi is really good but there customer service sucks to the 3rd power. The staff is extremely lazy which means there is a lack of good management. It's convenient because it's Centralized in Brickell but the staff is really unprofessional which is why they get 2 stars.

Don't bother to order delivery. I work at brickell and ordered from their Brickell restaurant. I am less than 10 min away and they charge me $6 for delivery fee, because apparently I am too far away from them and they have three different delivery fees, according to the distance. BTW They wont say anything when you are ordering, nothing in the web site and if you see in their yelp add it says $3.00 delivery fee. I been ordering delivery from them several times and they never charged me $6.00. I cant believe they are so cheap and risk to lose a recurring customer over that.

Only giving it two stars because the sushi was pretty decent. The service was terrible. Sat down and took over 20 minutes just to get waters. the food took forever and we were told the kitchen was backed up but there is a mere 5 tables here. It's late on a Thursday night? It's so empty I don't understand. Save urself the money

Stopped in for a quick bite. My server was great. The Shumai was good but I did not like the creamy sauce served with it. I had the Angel roll and it was good. The only other thing I didn't like was there is a $1 charge for extra eel sauce.

You have to check your order when you order by phone for pick up and very bad service its in a good area for no reason. And the fruits are not fresh and they don't care.

A little more towards the expensive side but the sushi is delicious and the service was adequate. It has a very cool, fancy atmosphere.
