Wonderful experience! My daughter lived there and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe! Super clean! LeAndra & staff were simply amazing! I felt very comfortable letting my daughter live there. Thank you again guys! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I lived here for about a year and a half in one of the third story apartments while finishing college. Its a great complex and I really enjoyed the view of the mountains while living there. The landlord and maintenance staff were always extremely friendly and I got to know them by name. I specifically want people to know that after my motorcycle was stolen during the crime wave at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the tenant manager immediately began looking for security camera systems because she didn’t want anything like that to happen again. I consider that to be a perfect example of how much they care about their tenants there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Las Cruces

I love living here personally. Is it perfect? No, but it's my own private slice of heaven! Whenever I need maintainance they're always quick to get the problem fixed on the same day I put the order in, and are super kind and helpful when I interact with them. Ashley is amazing, super personable and cares about the happiness, wellbeing, and safety of her tenants. Only downside is that the pool needs to be approved by the city before opening in the summer (which isn't the property manager's fault) so it usually isn't open until mid to late summer rather then right when it starts to get warm in Las Cruces.

I have lived at Regency Pointe Apartments for 5 years. This is a great place to live. Everyone I have encountered from maintenance to the property managers are very friendly, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone. The price can't be beat.
5 stars to the Property Manager Ashley Ortega and previous Property Manager LeAndra Davis. Such wonderful ladies!

Ashley Ortega is the property manager here at Regency Pointe and she has been wonderful. There was some plumbing issues in our apartment and she was fast to get maintenance and a professional plumber to fix the problem. She also kept all of us informed as to what they were going to have to do to fix the problem. Giving us the heads up. Calling, emailing, and texting to keep in communication with her tenants is a huge help and she never fails to communicate with any of us. 5 stars and a high five go out to Ashley Ortega!! She is an awesome property manager.
