I absolutely love the movies and this is a great theater to go to with their stimulus Tuesday deals and they have some seating and tables in lobby now with a drink machine you can choose your own flavors on and a butter station to add butter to your popcorn yourself . It's great! They always habe a big selection of movies to choose from as well and they stay out long enough for you to catch it before stops showing.

Great theater. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The individual theater we were in was very clean and a great experience. Will definitely be going again. Also MoviePass is accepted here

I love the theater, decently clean, good movies, lots of choices for consessions, and very nice staff. My only problem is that it is WAY over priced. I tried to buy a bad of M&M's and they charged me $6, so I did,t get any M&M's. That's my only complaint though. So if you aren't money consious or you're just filthy rich, this is the place for you. Sorry college students.

The place is great when it's $5 Tuesdays, where every movie is $5 all day if you are an AMC stubs member. However, this theater is not worth it if you plan on coming on any other day of the week or if you are not a Stubs member. Regular tickets are pricey and the bathrooms are dirty; but the greatest downside is that the seats are incredibly dated and uncomfortable and the screens are tiny in comparison to many other theaters. $5 Tuesdays are great! but other than that I would not recommend.

The place is pretty clean, the staff are friendly, the experience was just fine. They could heavily benefit from surround sound. But overall, good exp.

The theaters are nice, well kept and clean. The bathrooms are usually very clean. They offer a good selection of movies and time slots.

The building outside says Cinemike 14 outside, "now a part of AMC" it looks old and worn outside, but the inside was okay. The bathrooms (women's) was clean and well lit. The front door was sticky, weird. There are tables/chairs inside so you can wait for the rest of your party, indoors. Staff at counter was helpful and friendly. Staff were neatly dressed and helpful and visually available. Signed up for AMC, free member something - we came from a place that was predominantly Regal Cinemas and all of their theatres are BIG, BRIGHT, CLEAN, EXPENSIVE - so we didn't expect much, especially since there was a police/sheriff car parked on the front/side of the theatre parking lot and since it was our first time there, I had some concern. The officer was standing by the ticket person inside - i didn't want to ask why - may be past problems? Mostly young adults and teens on a Saturday night. Normally I would have given the "place" may be 3 stars but I liked the friendly staff and I'm hoping that since it's now under AMC they will spend some money to clean it up a bit - although I have seen much, much worse - the carpets looked good, really, the interior looked like any other movie place - I think they need to quickly update the front signage and put some paint on it and have a big ole open house - so they get more business, if they want it. But what do I know, I'm new here.

This theater, after being bought out by AMC, has dramatically raised its prices but has done little to offer for it. We can go to the Pinnacle theater in Bristol for the same price but enjoy lush surroundings. We cannot see this theatre making it much longer, offering so little for so few.

The only movie theater in Johnson City. Overall, not bad. However, it could seriously use some updating! Most movie theaters are moving towards having recliners and better seating to remain competitive. They may need to step their game up. I went to an evening movie on a Friday and I think there were only 3 people in the theater.

This was THE most expensive movie theater I have ever been to. Was it worth the time? No. Was the movie worth the money? No. Were the snacks undeniably delicious? Yes. Will I ever go there again? A Big Fat NO Way.

Sad, just sad. You can't even take a family of 3 to the movies with out going broke! Almost $30 for 3 drinks and a large popcorn! Over $30 on the tickets. Hell If I would have brought my other two it would have been over $120 just to watch a movie and eat popcorn and drink water. The bathrooms are nasty the screens are way small and the seats are uncomfortable and sticky gross cloth.

People complain about it being outdated but it's been around for a time. Amc has taken over and making improvements. I support small theaters. Can't compare them to Bristol which is a brand new theater. My son worked here and I know what these kids go through in every aspect including cleanliness and dealing with people. I appreciate all they do. People should stop complaining and be happy. Support local businesses.
