My husband and I enjoy coming here. I always get the best email blast that draws us in. For a while the service was iffy.. but has gotten better over the past month.
Tonight Michelle was on top of everything!! I asked her if she was new and I told her how impressed I am with her.

I love Johnny Carino's. The staff there are fantastic. The food is amazing especially the italian nachos. I really like the laid back atmosphere and we are never rushed to get out. I definitely would recommend.

I absolutely love this place the staff is very please ng and the food is super yummy. It has gotten much better since the new management has taken over. The atmosphere is very down to earth and you don't feel like you have to dine n dash like other restaurants. Yup customer for as long as I feel comfortable here.

Do you enjoy waiting? Is being ignored something that you look for in an eating establishment? Then, by all means, Carino’s is for you! My wife and I took our children out on a Friday night, wanting to try somewhere we hadn’t been for a while. Carino’s was close. So, we thought we’d give it a shot. Shortly after we were married, several years ago, my wife and I went to Carino’s on a date night. The food was passable, but the service was a joke. Surely, they’d improved by now? Nope. Although we were sat quickly, that’s where the decent service stopped. The table was greasy and sticky to the point we had to wipe it down ourselves with napkins. Then the waiting began. 25 minutes in, and not a single server even asked if we were being helped. History repeats itself! We decided to leave. Voicing our decision and reason for leaving to the person upfront, we were met with a very unenthusiastic, “Oh.” Needless to say, that is the last time we will ever attempt to eat there again.

We went there for lunch today. We started with an Appetizer called the Italian Nachos and they were shockingly really good. I included a pic. I tried the Italian Parmigiana and as you can see in the pic I didn’t get very far. They actually let me exchange my Italian Parmigiana for the Chicken Scaloppini which was a very nice gesture. The Parmigiana just wasn’t good. My wife was eating the Chicken Scaloppini which was decent but we both felt sorta bloated afterward and we didn’t even come close to eating all of it. We wondered if its the quality of the ingredients. We both have had a similar dish at Cheesecake Factory in Murray a few months ago called Chicken Riesling and we both thought it was far better tasting and also no bloated feeling etc after eating the entire dish it was so good. I included a pic off the website of it. I recommend it. $6 more but certainly worth every dollar.
Our waitress was very nice however, very busy as she also was being the hostess as well seating customers and waiting her tables. We likely will not be back again.

I read a lot of the 1 start reviews and almost canceled my reservation but decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! The food was amazing. We loved everything we bought. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Our only minor complaints would be that she spoke very broken English and over charged us (only $1) for our appetizer. Besides those minor things our evening was great.

Been here many times. Not sure why there are poor ratings Some of the best Italian in town, especially for the price. I'd take it over olive garden, old spaghetti factory, or any other basic family-focused Italian restaurant any day. Definitely the best in its category. Decent prices. Food is delicious, fresh, and service is always good to great. Clean location and good atmosphere.

My mother wanted to celebrate her birthday at this place so we went last Monday, for one our waiter would take for ever for each thing we would ask her and she never brought napkins, we got the special they have on Monday's we order three of the special they were only taking the discount on two of them she kept saying it was done right we kept telling no. we finally spoke to the so call manage we told him he was like oh OK like if he knew from way before what he had done wrong I bet they do these to many customers sometimes we don't pay attention to our bill and we get over charge. We also ask if they could sing Happy Birthday to my mother they never showed up. We order the salad and dessert the waiter said you get enough for for the family to share OK we got a good size salad then dessert was a little slice of cheese cake we ask her and she says oh yeah that one comes small she never told us that before we order. I would not go back to these place horrible service and they charge extra, I wonder where that money goes or who it goes too. bad service!

First off I like to say the waiter we had was great. He always came by to check on us and everything like that. But the problem I had was when we ordered our food. I got the Italian seafood pasta, when i got my food my plate was the only one that was cold enough to touch And i could tell my plate had also sat for a while by the way the top of the noodles looked. Well the shrimp in it was great but the muscles in it not So much.. very cold and they didn't taste right. But when I asked about it they said everything was fresh, I told them about my muscles and they told me they would take are of it. All they did was give me a free drink. I don't go out often But when I do I honestly expect better especially from a place like this. I got sick later that night from the muscles which really sucked. Probably won't go back again. Not for a while

It's a better alternative to boring, old Olive Garden.
My family enjoys coming here every so often for a plate of pasta. They have a lot to choose from and most of the time, it's prepared really well.

The food here is tremendous! I've always loved the food, but the service has been pretty bad. Anyways when I came in today the service was great! I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is amazing! The good is very delicious, I really enjoyed it. I'm a big fan of pasta and I fell in love with all the food and left very happy and full. Also my husband isn't a big fan of pastas or anything like that but he loved it! Even I was suprised. The waiter we had was very friendly. It was my first time trying this place and I really enjoyed it and definitely come back very soon.

Was seated the table was sticky, the waiter had to scrub the table so it was clean, the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks tasted exactly the same as what they cook the lasagna in. And the noodles in the lasagna we're not done. After I got home my stomach started to gurgle. After feeling great all day I think the the oil in the fryer was old cuz the mozzarella sticks left a bad aftertaste for hours. I think this place needs a food inspection, very low standards. I should have got up and walked out before I ate anything. But the salad was good and the waiter Elias did a very good job. I believe he deserves to work for a five star restaurant please Olive Garden rescue him. And for the hostess that seated us. She should probably look for another line of work because she constantly stared out at the dining room as you were eating very awkward and uncomfortable. I think this restaurant could be a five star restaurant if somebody with better management skills was to take over.
